Outstanding! I contacted customer service to purchase a pipe this shop has, Customer support, and specifically Curtis, was fast to reply, catered to my every need, answered all my questions and gave me the best possible experience ever. Honestly, Curtis is a G! give the man a raise, Therefore i love this shop, thanks to curtis. and i love curtis too!

Charged me 24.45 in their shop for pipe tobacco thats only listed at 22.90 on their own website. When i went back to query was told its cheaper online as have to be competitive. And the boss has told them to do this. As far as im aware this is illegal practice. Cannot see on their website saying youll be charged extra for making an effort to visit in person and support local shops. Lost a customer for life and will make sure others know.

Ordered lots from them always in superb condition (and of superb quality) and arrive fast. Fantastic fantastic place - really helpful and friendly too.

If you do not have a Tobacconist local to you I live in Great Yarmouth. And unfortunately they have all closed } Black Swan is for you. Order in the morning. Nearly always here the next day. Fantastic selection of Pipes and pipe tobacco. And everything else you need for pipe smocking pleasure. Would highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

I was under no pressure to write this review, it just struck me that I have been using this company/website for quite a few years now and never been asked for a review... so I thought I would write one anyway..
After more than 10 years of use this company still amazes me, every single order, usually about twice per month, has been fulfilled completely, always delivered on time safely. I have never had to contact them or complain it all simply works.. I click my bookmark, login, and normally just repeat my previous order, I click on pay and I just know that my order will be delivered on time, everytime ... this is unprecedented customer service and business organisation that quite few other "companies" would do best to follow... to round this up I just wanted to say if you need smoking products you will never find a company as reliable and efficient as this one... 10/10 5 stars and well deserved...

Perfect online retailer for all your smoking needs. A good website with a varied selection of items, well displayed, making it a breeze to look through. Delivery is excellent and very well packaged. Order an item before 3:00 pm, and you're almost guaranteed it will be delivered the next day by Royal Mail (if you choose this option), which is a plus. Overall, an excellent retailer and one I will be shopping at again.

After purchasing around £300.00 worth of pipe tobacco and accessories, sampling many of the 12-15 tobaccos, I have to say: The pipe tobacco is a fantastic fresh original product. So many none smokers compliment about how lovely they all smell. Never had one say that smoking amber leaf 😂 roll ups.
The delivery is super fast, and even though I put in orders every day for a week, they were all dispatched super quickly and all arrived safe within 1 or 2 days.
I will continue to use this company every month simply because why would I go any where else?

Quality and condition of the tobacco is always top notch and they dispatch immediately - I'm often surprised at how quickly my orders arrive. Everything is so straight forward. The quality of the product is head and shoulders above any rivals I've tried and I just don't look anywhere else now. If you have a question they are quick, informative and courteous when they reply. Orders often arrive ahead of schedule. I literally cannot fault them. Top notch service and lovely with it.

I've been ordering pipes and tobacco for quite sometime from the backy shop. I thought it only right that I made a positive review. Whenever, I've made an online purchase it's been simple and straightforward and the goods have always arrived promptly, e.g. I purchased a new Savinelli pipe Saturday mid morning by midday I was notified that the pipe was shipped, low and behold Sunday mid morning the Royal Mail delivered. A truly satisfactory smoke curated by the youthful team at Black Swann aka Ye Backy Shoppe Harrogate home town also of speciality teas so why not a cup of char n light - up one of their Nicaraguan cheroots or a Cuban Churchill ( need a ree pots of tea to go with that one) haha Backy shoppe can supply bundles of different single cigars also boxes ranging in price alkways attractive whilst customer service second -to -none!!!
