This company is a disgrace. They harass individuals for debts that have been settle long ago and despite proof to that fact they continue with their distressing harassment. I have now demanded the cease this disgusting behaviour and have also reported them to the Leicester Police.

I keep getting emails from these horrible people….saying I owe money from an outstanding debt with Together energy, this is not true, I don’t know how these people can sleep at nights!

Being chased and harassed by this company threatened with bailiffs for a bill from march 2021 for £188 for together energy which I was a customer with for 17 days while a changed over after purchasing the property from previous owner house was vacant until June 21 not gas or electricity used in this time. Absolutely disgusting behaviour when trying to explain this and the bill was estimated. Being told it’s you’ll just to pay it or bailiffs will be at your door in three days to remove your possessions

These scumbags are trying to scare me into paying the fallacious bill again! It was error from the company which went insolvent leaving poorly managed bills.

Adding another case to the stack against Barratt Smith and Brown - I was double charged by Together Energy who I fought at length at the time. Now these scumbags are trying to scare me into paying the fallacious bill again! They don’t reply to evidence and send their threats from a no-reply account, they’re not even capable of operating an answering machine.

Absolutely useless company with no idea what upset and stress they cause innocent people. Like many others they threatened us for a debt that didn’t exist. We complained our complaint was upheld. We are seeking compensation and are awaiting a response from their Chief Executive who should have responded within 30 days. This timescale has elapsed however we intend to pursue this company as they should not be allowed to get away with this behaviour.

Like many others I am being chased for about £750 for an Together Energy account that I closed in December 2019 when I sold my house. I managed to get a credit paid into my account in February or March 2020, which was a nightmare in itself. Earlier this year they have started chasing me for a closed account that has been paid in full.

I have been advised that BSB have basically been given a list of 100,000 ex Together Energy customers and they are just sending us all these money grabbing and incorrect letters in the hope some of us will give in. DO NOT!

Together Energy customers were taken over under the great umbrella company of British Gas / Centrica who really should stop this activity by BSB.

The energy firm failed and has passed over its customer database to Thebsbco. Like all the other reivews you have a very hostile and aggressive letter demanding payment & legal action.

Only yesterday on a private matter I went to small claims to recover monies from a builder it took 3 years and I had to prove this.

The firm cant engage bailiffs from a letter, they would have to attend small claims court and you can defend the matter in person.

Our letter said a debt of £400 was due. Better than some I read here, my aunt is hard of hearing so when I called them within the first 2 minutes they offered to close the case for 50% settlement?! Wow that was quick.

So when I emailed them in August evidence on the account old statements and the credit they would not talk to me further. I called them a few times in August and the third agent said ok its closed. No email or document in writing.

10 weeks later they send the same letter, ignoring the exchange in August. This is just a scam, do not be bullied into making a part payment for this to go away.

Like may other reviewers, I too received threatening letters from this company demanding I pay £3,190 for an outstanding bill from Together Energy. I sent clear evidence including photographs of opening and closing readings for energy consumed as well as photographs of direct debit payments taken from my bank account. I’ve even done the calculation for them, which clearly shows that I owe a fraction of that amount but Arshdeep Singh refuses to accept this information as evidence that they’ve got their figures wrong but the only evidence that he is able to provide is a few bills from Together Energy which were wrong!! His attitude is certainly passive aggressive and indicates if that’s what it states on the bill then that’s what I owe, no matter what evidence I produce! I’m at a complete loss as to what to do next but refuse to pay thousands of pounds that I don’t owe.

Threatening letter regarding my deceased mother's account with Together Energy - but billing me personally. I have tried since 2021 to get a correct bill from them & have the emails to prove it - including the 1 from Together Energy admitting a billing error. I even had to argue with them that they DID supply both gas & electric to her. Crap company. No wonder they went bust. With a bit of luck BSB will follow them!

Threatening my 89 year old mum for a debt that doesn’t exist with together energy, not interested in anything you have to say and want her to prove she doesn’t owe even though it’s their responsibility to do so. Letters are sketchy at best, stating ‘we have contacted you previously’ no they haven’t. Send them a prove it letter templates are online and free. As a footnote Raphael Ngoy, probably not the creatures real name, is a big brave boy upsetting old ladies. I do hope he sleeps well the dirty sewer rat.

BSB sent my 86 year old dad a threatening letter saying he owes Together Energy £278. This company ceased trading nearly 2 years ago. He owes them nothing. But BSB are now sending threatening letters saying debt collectors will be at his door if money isn't paid. Should be ashamed of yourself.

Still receiving texts and calls from this lot. They claim I owe money. I’ve responded several times asking for a bill and a detailed statement.
They don’t provide one.
I understand that they are trying to “reclaim money” owed to a failed company. From reading reviews it appears that they contact all former customers they can get records of. Hoping that someone who might or might not owe money will pay them anyway.
Shocking behaviour.

My mother has received several emails and texts also as shown from this company. I know she does not owe any money to Together Energy, she has all of her bills and has received a payment back that she had overpaid from them once she moved to her next provider. As a lady in her 80’s, this has been very worrying and I’m guessing they are just trying to get money out of people! Some people, especially who are older don’t always check . Not impressed at all!!

We are a non-profit national children's charity that had our energy supplied by Corona Energy back in 2021. we have recently been contacted by BSB demanding we pay £600 to an old outstanding bill. they have threatened debt collection and several other ways of recovering this money. we owe them nothing, I have sent them proof, but they still consistently send demand letters. I am glad that I looked on Trust Pilot to find that I am not alone with this problem. does anyone know if they have taken any customers to court and won?

Absolutely horrendous and passive customer service. After providing clear evidence that there is nothing outstanding an agent named Arshdeep Singh and Georgia Harrison- Cole came up with TERRIBLE theories to try receive money. Very crooked and dodgy business, needs to be investigated. I am going to make sure this business also goes under investigation.

They sent me an email for a debt with Together Energy which I thought it was a scam as it didn’t have many details on. I was confused as I couldn’t access my bills. Luckily I found an email which was a refund from Together Energy for exactly the same amount they were asking for.
I sent an email with no response. Then called. On the called the man confirmed by checking the final bill that the amount they were demanding was actually the credit that Together Energy owed me. Disgusting that they just send out demanding emails without checking the debts/bills.

the spam was sent to me twice. at first tried to contact them but there was no answer via phone or email. I got an email from them for the second time today . be careful. its a spam

Commission chasing chancers on a phishing expedition based on flawed, erroneous or plain fraudulent detail obtained from the corpse of Together Energy. Demand proof of any debt/liabilities - not a fictitious final balance bill that you've likely never seen or provided readings for. Submit a subject access request if needed to obtain ALL your billing and payment history. If you've no recollection of ever joining the forsaken energy company in question, demand a copy of the contract/agreement or anything that confirms you consented to the account as well as proof of the tariff you agreed to. DO NOT let them bully you. They will often place the burden on you to prove you do not owe money - it's nonsense, that's for court and good luck to them pursuing legal action on a foundation of information produced by TE.
