Absolutely wonderful experience at the circle. I was looking for a new piece of jewellery for my friends birthday present and Rhianna was so helpful - we settled on the perfect piece and they even held in store for me so it could stay safe at the shop until my friend was able to come in to get it fitted. Couldn't recommend this store enough 😊

Fab experience with Kade who helped me pick out a new nose stud and fitted it for me. Would highly recommend - all staff I spoke to were very friendly and helpful - and will be returning to get some more piercings done.

If I could rate them higher than 5/5, I would!! Every single person who works there is so kind and friendly, and you immediately feel welcome. Everyone is super patient and will take the time to listen to any concerns and offer helpful advice. The team there is extremely professional and hygienic, and you can just tell that you're in good hands. Overall very impressed with their service and would highly recommend :)

I have had an amazing dragon design done by Jim. I am absolutely in love with how it turned out. Jim is very talented and I trusted him from the very beginning. He made me feel at ease and comfortable, knowing it was my first tattoo. I still have a while to go with finishing my tattoo but I am sure that he will do an amazing job. Thank you for making my dream come true Jim.

I am giving this review in hindsight from a few years ago. I was having roses on my forearm retouched and was assigned (without being informed of this) the studio apprentice at the time. No problem, a basic retouch is probably a good bit of experience and surely they’d only let someone good enough work on a person right? Wrong. Firstly, this guy was 40 mins late and did not apologise. He was grumpy, rude and practically silent throughout and made me feel really uncomfortable and anxious. The more experienced artists would come over to look at what he was doing and give him tips (which is when I realised he was the apprentice). Not one of them bothered to tell him he was going way too deep in the skin which wasn’t fully apparent until healed. The tattoo is blurry because of the depth of the ink, the colour is blue rather than black and with further advice and a new amazing artist elsewhere I’m having to have it retouched again to try and correct the damage.

I would NEVER recommend the Circle to anyone. Not only was this experience awful but the studio downstairs is cramped and claustrophobic, the studio manager at the desk was rude, obnoxious and arrogant. It’s expensive and the whole vibe is that they are there to take your money above all else.
