I am extremely disappointed with Bravado/Blackpink EU Store. I paid 52.98€ for the BLACKPINK 3rd MINI ALBUM [DEADLINE] (Order #BLKPNK1439EU).

The item was shipped but returned to their warehouse in Germany (Tracking: LF416126968DE). Even though I have the official Shopify receipt and the tracking proof, their customer service agent (Noah) is telling me that my order "doesn't exist" and that the confirmation was "a bot mistake".

This is a total scam. They have my money and they have the album in their warehouse, but they refuse to send it. I have already contacted manager Emily Caddey and reported the issue to Shopify.

Do not buy from this store if you don't want to lose your money. I want my album delivered to Spain immediately!

I ordered an item which wasn't delivered. Customer service confirmed I'll get the refund. Item was delivered on 7/12/2025, we were in contact throughout January and February regarding my refund which was supposed to take 5-10 business days. After this time has passed, I notified them I didn't get my money back and I got a reply I should contact my bank - which I did.

I was shocked when I got the info that the bank never recieved any money, which leads me to believe their "credit notes" and "refund statements" are faked.

To this day, I am still missing 75 EUR of lost money for an item I never got.

The worst part? Customer service stopped replying to my e-mails. I have started a chargeback process and I don't know if I'll ever get my hard-earned money back.

If I could give a zero, I would.

Habe bis jetzt zweimal dort gekauft und es lief alles hervorragend ab, auch die Mitarbeiter am Telefon waren sehr hilfsbereit. Eine Lieferung wurde beim Transport durch den Dienstleister beschädigt, mir wurde sofort Ersatz zugesagt, der nach zwei Tagen schon hier war.Werde auf jeden Fall wieder dort bestellen. Tolle Preise und wirklich tolle Ware zu sehr guten Preisen.

vor einem Monat habe ich hier ein Box Set bestellt. Es wurde nie geliefert. Rückmeldung kommt auch keine mehr. 300 € einfach in den Wind gesetzt. Werde dort niemals wieder bestellen. Da ist die Bestellung direkt in USA sicherer und zuverlässiger

Im November bestellt.Nachdem ich 2 Mal nachfragen musste,wurde mir dann heute erst mitgeteilt,dass ein Teil der Bestellung bereis vergriffen -ausverkauft ist.
