AGAIN..
AGAIN... I DID NOT receive my vapes thanks to the delivery company and this is the 3rd time it's happened to me and I've changed my address, so they could have brought it to me but they just couldn't be bothered FFS 😡!

We have communicated with you on a number of occasions to advise you that your specific requests for the couriers cannot be met, based on your type of delivery address they will not go and personally hand deliver orders to people, they will go to a goods in section and then you would have to await for any internal staff or post personnel to deliver said parcels.
We would advise in future having your orders delivered to a parcel shop, if issues persist we might also restrict your account to parcel shop only.

Never received it
I sent of an email the day after the order and explained everything to who ever and no reply, I never received my vape so lost out and never received a refund either I've ordered before and never had a problem so may order again but may not as am a vape down and now money down too as had to just get those rubbish sweet vapes until I can find a better online sore,

The order was placed 24/07/2026 dispatched 25/07/2026 standard delivery is 1 to 3 working days from dispatch and your order was recorded as delivered with GPS location data and imagery provided by the courier the date of delivery was 27/07/2026.
If you do not believe you have received your order, we would ask you to sign a denial of receipt form, return back to us and we will then refer to Evri loss prevention for a full investigation to be commenced.
