Thanks for sharing your feedback, sorry to hear that your parcel arrived open, but glad to know everything is ok with the contents, we do package securely and with care at our warehouse, the couriers do carry a large volume of parcels at any given time, so I suspect that any damage to outer package was likely caused during transit.
If you ever experience any issues, which we hope you do not, please contact our customer services team directly and we will be happy to raise any necessary complaint with the courier directly on your behalf.
