My item arrived damaged by courier and I emailed to request a replacement. Lauren replied right away and had a replacement delivered and broken club collected within 2 days. Very good service!! Thanks!

Great value, super fast delivery and well packaged.
Purchased a chipping wedge yesterday. It arrived today with normal, free postage. The item was very well packed, good value and super fast delivery. It was despatched almost as soon as I ordered it. Top marks GSO, I will be using you again!

Speedy delivery from a great company.
I ordered a pair of Footjoy Flex golf shoes on Tuesday last week at an excellent price. I was very pleasantly surprised to receive my order in less than 24 hours - that service is first class and certainly exceeded my expectations. Not clear on return fees
Not clear on return fees. When you look at returns policy it does not mention it is at your cost. But when you go to return it is either at your cost or £5 with DPD. Wont be ordering again from the due to lack of transparency.

An excellent experience nearly ruined by the delivery service.
The anticipated next-day delivery was unfortunately delayed by a week, primarily due to significant service failures on the part of DX, the delivery service. This impacted both myself and The Golf Shop Online. The staff at The Golf Shop Online demonstrated exceptional customer service throughout this challenging period. They diligently pursued the matter with DX, provided consistent updates, and managed the return of the items to their store after two failed delivery attempts by DX, followed by a subsequent failure to deliver to the store itself. Despite the initial delay, the wedges were ultimately received 48 hours before my scheduled weekend competition. While the initial expectation was a delivery a week prior, the level of support, transparent communication, and the complimentary golf balls offered as a gesture of goodwill were truly commendable. I am extremely grateful to the team at The Golf Shop Online. They transformed a potentially negative experience into a positive one through their dedication and professionalism. The delivery service's shortcomings were effectively mitigated by the outstanding customer service provided by The Golf Shop Online. It is wise to request a delivery service post order via email in future. Thank you!

Ping g440 delay in communication
Ordered the new ping g440, waited a couple of days before being told the shaft I selected was out of stock. The shaft was still showing available on their website. An extra 2 weeks to wait. Communication was poor and website was not updated. Cancelled the order

As soon as Ping informed us of the delay, we reached out to update you. While we do hold a large amount of stock, some high-demand items—such as the Ping G440 Max 7-wood—sometimes need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer. This can occasionally lead to unexpected delays, especially with sought-after products.
We did our best to keep you updated throughout the process and truly appreciate your patience and engagement during our email exchanges. However, we understand your frustration and are sorry that the delay led to your decision to cancel. Your feedback is valuable, and we will continue working on improving how we communicate stock availability in the future. Just to let you know, we now have the Ping G440 7-wood in stock and available for Next Day delivery if you’re still interested.

Excellent service! A member of staff contacted me to inform me that there would be a delay in the delivery due to third party stock issue. They offered to swap the item with a similar product to speed up the delivery.
They went above and beyond for an online trader.

Callaway Waterproof Golf Bag
Golf Bag was delivered on time and well packaged. Can’t fault the Golf Shop on line experience.
