DO NOT BUY..Green Reaper - Cobra battery operated scarifier. I have emailed twice now. I have used this twice and the battery won't charge again. Horrible product despite a new battery being sent.

We are sorry to hear that you are not satisifyed with your scarifier. After we arranged the battery replacement in January of this year, we didn't hear back from you, so we did not know you were still experiencing difficulties.
We are always happy to help as much as we can when there is an issue; but, we need to first be given the opportunity to help.
If you would like to submit another battery warranty claim, please get in touch with us so that we can rectify the situation appropriately.

I have never had such an experience….. put the first line of your post code in and the house numbers only go from 1 to 6…I live at 38 so I’ve no chance of getting it delivered. What a shambles.

I don't normally do reviews. But my god, how bad is it getting hold of them ?
First off I had to send pics of the item I was returning and a whole list of accompanying questions.
It will be 2 weeks Wednesday since they signed for the return and I've emailed twice to see what's happening, as I hadn't heard a thing.
I got asked another question when I emailed and so I answered the question and then that's it again.
So I sent another, same thing.
The customer service is diabolical.

We are sorry you have not had the best experience returning your unwanted hedge trimmer.
We do need to confirm any returns meet certain criteria before a return request can be authorised to ensure products are unused and in a resaleable condition.
The item was received back seven working days ago and we have a 14 day refund policy. I will chase this up for you so you should receive an email shortly confirming your refund.

Absolutely spectacular - form stat to finish.
The Green Reaper is one of those brands which screams reliability. I love my lawn manicured, but for too many years I laboured under a misapprehension that a mower is a mower. Until I spoke to The Green Reaper.
They opened my eyes to the entire world of lawn care, where mowing is just one element of it.
Hugely knowledgeable with mega fast delivery. Will always, always recommend.

Returning an item to the Green Reaper
I ordered a hedgetrimmer from The Green Reaper. It was delivered quickly. It was unsuitable for me. They only have a telephone line for ordered. For anything else you have to fill in an online form. Which I did several times. Postage was at my expense. I returned it. It was very difficult to repack so it got damaged in the post. Eventually they returned most of the money I paid. I am satified with the result which is why I gave the company five stars
