Thank you for your message. We list a lead time of 4-5 working days on our website for the kit you have ordered. This is the second working day (as distributors do not work weekends), and we anticipate being able to meet our lead time for your order. You will receive updates on your shipment when it dispatches. Thank you!

You will have received a dispatch notification email containing a tracking link this afternoon informing you that your order is on its way on a next working day service with DPD.
I also note that an order update email was sent to you four minutes after you placed your order reminding you of the 4-5 working day lead time on all ECHO products.
I trust this is a good outcome for you and that we have achieved exactly what is published on our website.
