Terrible communication from top down here. I've been working with celebrities and management agencies who are notoriously bad at comms, but CEO of the Handbook, is the worst I've ever experienced. She shows little respect until she realises the direct debit has been stopped. The system wouldn't work properly, and they continued to charge monthly fees, and would continue to ignore email after email despite initially acknowledging the fault on their system.
Avoid this website unless you're willing to get stung and left paying their fees.
Never experienced anything like this in my years in the industry.

A treasure trove of well organised information which makes life so much easier when trying to contact certain public figures

Comprehensive information and stellar customer service

Contacting has saved me weeks. Though other known celebrities I've searched for do not show up in the list. Not entirely sure why.

We’ve used The Handbooks influencer product for a few months since a friend referred it. It’s been great so far and the initial process of registering and getting started was simple. I like the new help tool that we now have access to for members of my team not that used to this sort of platform to be shown step by step how to use it too. Seems quite a new add on but helpful and hope there are some more guides coming in future.
We started marketing our brand with influencers a few years ago and have found it always hard to trawl instagram or Facebook or to even tell a quality influencer if they cold email us. The Handbooks influencers data saves us a load of time (and I guess money) so we don’t have to do this and we get lists pretty easily.
We have stumbled on one or two influencers who’s data was a bit out of date but I’m not surprised given how quick things change online and I’d rather 99.9% accuracy on the masses of people the handbook seems to have than way less people in the first place.
All good so far and have recommended to a few colleagues.
