Has wrongly taken hundreds of pounds and won’t give it back - as well as providing useless info
I cancelled my trial subscription because the info provided by TH was out of date and generic info that could have been found in the public domain . But TH decided to take my money, even though its own website showed that my subscription had been cancelled. It has taken hundreds of pounds from me and has refused to even acknowledge my request to stop doing so.

When a user cancels their account it instantly cancels any future payments , the only way you could still be charged is if you have more than one account with us , ie if another account was created for The Handbook with a different email . Please can you reach out to us via the online support or emailing support@thehandbook.com and we can check this for you and refund any monies owed.

Really poor experience, lots of out of date information
Really poor experience, google gives you more accurate emails and contact points for individuals. Lots of information is out of date.
The UX is also very poor, I was told my subscription was cancelled to then be charged and be told 'computer says no' by a chatbot email. Dissapointing.

I like that you can find real time…
I like that you can find real time information in one location. I think having information such as the non profits or foundations they have created or even a major one that they support would be good for those of us interested in supporting the same or similar causes. I respect the autonomy of privacy and can appreciate that the contact format is agent or publicist so that the person whom is being looked up can still maintain their privacy.
