Sent me wrong item TWICE, called and sent emails but no response in over 3 weeks! They have completely ignored this issue. I have no refund, lost money, and stuck with 2 items that are not what I even ordered.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

I would give negative star if I had chance. The deliver was never happen and when I checked it shows because of customs problem it never arrived in finland and went back to sender. I emailed twice regarding this matter but didn’t get any response. I am
Now not sure if I ever get my money refunded? This is very disappointing.

I haven’t received my item, it’s been over a week! I’ve tried to reach out with no response.

A complete failed delivery!
No information since few days, no answer to sent mails.
Parcel being returned without any given reason, as I didn’t had any information about its location/tracking since 03.04.2026.
The Islamic Shop really disappointed me, It was first and last time I ordered from there. Unthinkable to have 0 visibility about an/a order/parcel.

The quality of the product was amazing ! Packaging was the best.

Good quality ihram with correct length as mentioned on the website.
Just wish that the shipping would be free but it isn't. Otherwise was good quality product. It would be ideal if they stock XXL ihram as well which are slightly linger than XL ihrams.

My order hasn't arrived yet, but I received a call on December 25th from the store checking if I still wanted it since it was sent back undelivered. They confirmed my address and promised to resend it. I'm optimistic it will come soon, even with the bank holiday causing delays. While the experience has been a bit frustrating so far, I'm hopeful for a positive resolution.

As already stated the product was good (a bit less items for price).However when the product arrive the package was damaged and wet or the product leaked as I could smell the product.Thirdly I asked it to be wrapped but it never happened but that's fine

I bought a prayer hat. It took a little time to come. That being said, it’s a nice quality garment and I shall find it very useful when I pray.

Easy to select and pay. Delivery quicker than advertised. Extremely good value for money. Highly recommend.

Not yet received my order - received a telephone call on 25/12 asking if I still wanted my order as it had been returned undelivered- Islamic shop rechecked my address and said they would re send - hoping my order is still going to arrive and current delays due to bank holiday- but very disappointing experience to date

I initially purchased five prayer mats and had a smooth experience with no problems. Encouraged by this, our community group decided to order and pay for 25 mats. Unfortunately, this larger order never arrived, and I've been unable to reach anyone through phone, email, or webchat. It's been quite stressful and disheartening. At this point, my only option seems to be to address the issue with my bank.
