Brilliant experience
The product itself is a gift so I can't say anything about that but the service I was provided with was fantastic. The complimentary gift wrapping is beautiful and shipping was extremely swift. I ordered a mug and it was fantastically packaged- very secure with layers of bubblewrap. I was delighted by the inclusion of a little origami crane- incredibly beautiful and such a lovely gesture. Will definitely be buying from The Japanese Shop again.

Beautiful item, good value and quality and so beautifully gift wrapped. Seller communication was excellent and felt really valued by the company. 100% would purchase from again :)

Brilliant Japanese Gifts; great customer service
An incredible range of Gifts and products; from clothing and footware to ornaments and homeware. Reliable delivery service and beautifully attractive free gift packaging on request. My grand kids loved the Lucky Cat dolls and figurines.
