Such a great outfit!
Ordered a hard to get mechanical pencil - I stupidly forget to check the mailing address - an old one - dropped a note to Carla and she sorted it all out instantly. It’s so important to know there are really effective humans behind the slick digital interface - so really well done Journal Shop - I shall be returning!

I think this is my third or fourth…
I think this is my third or fourth order from the journal shop. I absolutely love what they sell and keep returning to buy more!
For my most recent order there was an item out of stock. The team contacted me via email straight away and offered a refund or alternative. I asked about what alternatives were available and received a reply within the next 15 minutes. I was happy with the alternative they came up with and was notified that they would be posting my order that day.
I was also instructed on how I could be updated on stock in the future.
Overall fantastic customer service and I'm looking forward to receiving my order.
Cannot recommend highly enough!!

It is my first time ordering from the Journal Shop and it certainly won’t be the last. There was a small issue with Royal Mail not updating the shipping info for a few days and I got a little concerned. My issue was resolved within a few hours and the company were so helpful and prompt with getting back to me. Highly, highly recommend!
