Excellent products and brilliant customer service!

A piece of plastic on my LGS stand snapped and I contacted their customer service team asking for a replacement. Demi from their customer service team was so helpful and swiftly arranged for an entire replacement stand to be sent to me. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service.

Product lovely. Instructions TERRIBLE!

Be very mindful when purchasing the Moses basket. Unless your physic good luck building it - no words and the images literally tell you nothing. A very simple Moses basket stand should have taken 10 minutes tooks nearly 2 hours because of poor instructions and no where to find the information as online instructions don’t match the ones in the box with different pieces!!!

Very frustrating!

Very happy with the service provided by The Little Green Sheep. The delivery didn’t take long at all. The way in which their items came wrapped make sure that these were kept intact during transportation. One item had been missed from the order, however, the customer service team resolved the issue straightaway and we received the missing part in the post the next day. Very receptive team and grateful we chose this company. Last but not least, their Moses baskets are the most beautiful and delicate thing for your expected new born - we love it!

Amazing service from Nikki at The Little Green Sheep! Received my item which was ever so slightly damaged and she didn’t even hesitate in sending out a replacement for me. Gorgeous item and despite there being a problem it was very quickly rectified. Will definitely shop with them again!

Have bought many things from little green sheep since my first child was born, who is now 6. Love their products and feel so much better that my children aren’t sleeping on lots of chemicals. We haven’t had a problem with any product until recently when something came up with one of our mattresses and Demi at little green sheep worked quickly to resolve it and we had a replacement within a few days. Great customer service, thank you LGS!

The customer journey with Little Green Sheep is second to none— absolutely exceptional. We have purchased a few items from them and the quality have always been top notch. However, they set the bar even higher with our latest experience. We had a slight issue with our last purchase, contacted them and an agent called Nikki dealt with us. She was absolutely incredible and the way she dealt with us gave us even more confidence that we are spending money at the right place. It was literally the most hassle free resolution and we cannot sing her praises enough. Thank you!

The Snuz range is very good quality and was easy to assemble despite some reviews to the contrary. Our delivery arrived damaged but a member of the team Demi has resolved the issue for us in a timely manner.

Really good service today from Demi. She went out of her way to help me and I really appreciate it. The crib mattress I bought for my grandson last year was so good I wanted to buy another for my next grandchild due this summer. I couldn’t remember the details but she sorted everything for me. Delighted.

Great customer service. Our mattress arrived faulty so I called to have it replaced. They were very apologetic, organised a replacement straight away and a courier to collect the faulty one. All super easy and professional.

I had ordered a Moses basket about 3 weeks ago. Delivery was very quick but when I opened it, I discovered that it came with the wrong colour liner. I felt a little disappointed at first as I thought that I would probably need to send the whole thing back and wait even longer to receive the original order I had placed. I emailed customer service straight away and got an immediate reply back first thing in the morning. I was dealing with a very kind lady called Nikki from Customer Services. She explained how sorry she was that this had happened. As it was only the Liner that was the wrong colour, she allowed me to keep the one that I had received in error and to use as a spare until my new Liner arrived. The new Liner arrived a few days later. I was really impressed with the way this was handled and was kept up to date throughout.

I bought both a duvet and a pillow and both are absolutely HORRIBLE! Feels like plastic and so loud! Every time my son moves makes so much noise that sometimes wakes him up! Do not waste your money on this company’s products. My friend bought the same product at their competitors and at the same price and the quality is 100 times better, feels nice and soft and doesn’t make so much noise, or any at all. When I complained to this company about their product they just said the product is good quality and because I am over 30 day window they can not and will not do anything about it. I am now stuck with this disgusting duvet and pillow that I will have to throw away. Very bad company and horrible product.

Thank you for nothing, your reply is useless to me…you are not willing to do anything for your customers and continue selling this horrible product.
