Not great moses basket. The basket smells upon opening the box. The sheet is not compatible with the mattress and does not fit, it absolutely huge. The stand does not take 25 minutes to construct, more like 2 hours and with two people. You will also need power tools, screw driver is not adequate.

The worst customer experience!
I do not recommend ordering from this company. Paid for next day delivery a week ago, mattress still not here and when you contact them the promise you the next day but it never arrives.
So our son is having to sleep in old cot bed even though new bed has been delivered,
I would stay well clear of this company if I knew what I did now.

I was really excited to get my little green sheep Moses basket and give our newborn a toxic free start. However, we bought Moses basket sheets with our Moses basket and the sheets are so loose that they cause a health and safety hazard. From checking the product reviews, we are not the only people who found this. It seems as though little green sheep are looking to supply the wider market Moses baskets to have made them bigger, rather than focus on their own products, leading to a loose fitted sheet. Customers service provide us a template email response to our concerns. Very disappointed as I was hoping that little green sheep would have customer service to match their mission statement. Shame on you little green sheep.

Incredible customer service! Had an issue with a single part of my Moses basket, and sent an inquiry, response within an hour and a replacement part on its way!! Really impressed with the customer service, which is the most important thing when you’ve got a baby!

I had issues with my liner and Moses basket and Tegan was super helpful in sorting everything for me with replacements etc. Quick responses and solutions every time! Really appreciative of the help and professionalism!

I contacted the company for help with some missing parts, however my items had been discontinued as we had purchased them some time prior to needing them.
Tegan went above and beyond to source the legs for me, and has sent them out to my address without any delay

I received a moses basket from Little Green Sheep and been very happy with the quality and aesthetic of the product. It is beautiful and goes well with our nursery. I needed to contact customer services for a query and they dealt with it very efficiently so I am very happy with their communication as they were quick to sort (Demi was the one I was in communication with).

Really helpful staff in the customer service department. Had a broken part on my Moses basket, a couple of emails later they had sent me a replacement out at no cost. The basket was old and well out of warranty. Thank you so much.

Good product but instructions are poor says they are labelled up but not labelled just poor all round could of been better

Really disappointing experience. Delivery sent to wrong address even though it was correct on our confirmation email, multiple days of it being out for delivery but no updates and not arriving. Staff giving us the run around, not following up. The quality of the experience has been so incredibly poor that I have no confidence their products will be better even if it does ever arrive.

We bought a Single Natural Junior Mattress in April 2024. We previously had the cot bed mattress so trusted that the single mattress would be good.
However when it arrived it was extremely firm/hard. We thought it may soften over time. However after 7 months of using it, it hasn’t soften. It’s still rock hard and extremely uncomfortable to lie on. It’s like lying on the floor.
My daughter has been complaining of back pain and hip pain which we have worked out was due to the mattress. (We have since changed the mattress to a more reputable brand!)

We are only reviewing this now as we wanted to give it enough time to ensure the mattress is fairly reviewed.

I’m not sure if it’s a faulty batch but cannot believe this is allowed to be sold!

Excellent customer service. We’re very happy with our wooden baby gym and they sorted out a small issue very quickly and were easy to deal with.

I bought a twist natural cot mattress from the little green sheep 2 years ago. My daughter barely slept in her cot so it’s had very light use and always been protected with a mattress protector. I have kept the mattress stored in the cot while waiting for my second baby to be born. I’ve recently checked the mattress and the underside (which has never been slept on) is covered in mould so the mattress will need to be thrown out. There’s no other mould or damp in my house. After doing some research I’ve discovered coconut fibre is notorious for mould growth. Extremely disappointed as I thought the natural fibres would be safer. I also recently bought a single mattress from this company so will be closely monitoring it.
