I am new to the loaded tea drinks and let me tell you , these are absolutely amazing!! I love how you can control the boldness you desire with each drink . They give me a clean energy feeling and I am even choosing the teas over coffee!!!!
I experienced a small discrepancy with my first order and they went above and beyond to fix it!! Absolutely amazing.

I tried loaded tea about 2 months ago and I have been hooked. First it helps me to get my water intake for my every woman, every year diet. LOL. 2nd I was drinking at least 1 Red Bull a day and now I drink ZERO. 3rd it was so easy to get my co-workers and family to try them because of the names, by the way Miami Vice and Nat Nat are my favs. No I can't wait to try the Southern Strawberry kiss. Amazing product. Thank you so much. Easy to track from website and so easy to order and when something is unavailable it doesn't show on website so no way you can get confused or upset because you didnt get a certain flavor. LOVE THIS PRODUCT

Tthe Loaded Tea Shop provides excellent customer service in addition to the wonderful loaded teas. They are delicious. Most of the flavors are delicious. I especially love the flavors that contain Collagen & Protein, i.e. Rocket Pop, Strawberry Lemonade, Cotton Candy.

I decided to try these because I work the graveyard shift, and sometimes have trouble staying awake. These teas really help me and they taste great, and so many flavors to choose from. Also their customer service is amazing. I had an issue with my first order, and once I contacted them they took care of me in no time and even sent some extras for the trouble. If you're thinking about buying these, I say do it. I don't think you'll be disappointed. 😁

The formula change was terrible. I also encountered bad customer service while others are absolutely happy with their interactions. I feel like the company picks and chooses. People get rewards at 15 plus orders. Yet those orders were only $20 each. People like me place less orders but much bigger dollar points and get overlooked. It’s too bad really. Today my first order arrived and there was a mix up , I emailed the loaded tea shop and they responded immediately and took action in resolving and even sweetened my deal for any inconvenience. The customer service was a delight to deal with. I am currently sipping on Frog Spit and I would give it a 5 out of 5! I should have ordered more of this flavor!!!

I have been drinking loaded teas for about a month now and look forward to it every morning! Making my tea has become part of my routine and I really enjoy sorting through my stash and deciding what I'm in the mood for that day. I had one issue with my first order and didn't receive the correct flavors, but customer service was responsive and corrected the issue.
I would love to see a future flavor with a strong lime flavor, as the closest thing I have came across is FrogSpit, which has just a mild lime taste. Great variety in flavors but that is definitely one that seems to be missing. I look forward to trying out more flavors!

Not worth the hype in my opinion. The flavors are good but not amazing or addicting. I don’t think I would purchase again.

I’ve placed about 20 orders now and every single one has arrived in excellent condition, albeit one was missing 3 teas. I emailed TLTS and they sent me 12 replacements teas for my hassle. They were out of what I wanted but surprised me with a few of my favorites! I can’t express enough how wonderful their customer services is! It’s almost as amazing as the flavor of their teas! 😉 Seriously though, if you’re looking for your new loaded tea dealer TLTS is it! Thank you ladies! 🫶🏼

I love the loaded teas I have been drinking for 3 or 4 mounts rock pop is one of my favorite but I haven't had any I don't like and I have ordered over a 100 packs I'm 71 and don't drink pop any more so it's a pluse for me thank you so much

I love the taste but I had issues with sleep on first packet. They helped me figure out my dosage as my heart is sensitive to different caffeine. Awesome, caring company that I'll continue to support. Its not all about the mighty $$ with Loaded Tea, they genuinely care about their customers. Definitely worth supporting a company that cares about the customers, not the all mighty dollar. Very impressed with their response time and actually helping solve problems.

This company has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. They truly listen to their customers. I am personally not a fan of the 7.5 packets, and they sent another order out immediately after reading my concern regarding a few of them. That was very kind. I will order from this company again. This truly makes a huge difference! Bomb pop is definitely a fav!

All I can say is that they are AMAZING. The customer service is A+ and as a first time customer, it was a pleasant experience. I got some samples and OH BOY! That first sip had my taste buds dancing. I love The Loaded Teas!! I am allergic to many things and of course caffeine is one. The caffeine-free teas have helped me so much!!! My brain fog is almost gone. I work as a paraprofessional at a school and can keep up with the students and teachers and have enough to keep going after school.

Love TLTS! I have tried other Loaded Teas and nothing compares! They are always looking for new ways to improve and releasing new flavors! My fave part of the day is deciding which flavor to drink!!!
