I'm writing to share my experience with The Mortgage Brain, who made the impossible feel possible when I needed a mortgage under challenging circumstances.

When our sale fell through and it took a few months to find another buyer, she was able to renegotiate the mortgage at a significantly lower rate once interest rates dropped, which made a huge difference for us. Just recently completed on the purchase of our new property with the help of Louise. From the first conversation we had over the phone she worked out exactly what was the best way forward in the house move and made everything seem more possible. She was easily contactable and explains things very well when trying to navigate our way round the housing market.
