My wife and I had a 8 year plan to obtain a home of or own as we had to rent ( we thought) until we found the Mortgage brain which made the whole process easy, with their one to one service, professional attitude and attention to detail. We worked with Rhodri and the team for our first mortgage and appreciated their clear communication and organised approach. Rob has been absolutely fantastic as my mortgage adviser, not only helping me with the mortgage itself but also the whole process of purchasing a property. He regularly kept me updated on how things were progressing and was always extremely good at communicating all important details when needed and checking in. He’s been incredibly patient after a long year with multiple properties not working out before finally getting there third time lucky. Although morgage brain are based in Gloucester and I live in Birmingham they still still helped me. From start to finish they were hands on and nothing was too much trouble.
