The founder of the company, Julie-Ann Muldoon established The New You Plan in October 2009. Her inspiration, enthusiasm and dedication to the company were born out of her own experience of a Total Food Replacement (TFR) diet. Absolutely fantastic customer service received today.
I forgot to include the discount code on my order.
I sent an email explaining my mistake, not expecting to get the money back as it was my error.
However, I have received an email to confirm the discount has been honoured. As I placed a large order it is quite a considerable amount.

My order was delivered to another…
My order was delivered to another address in a different village, I was told I’d have to wait 5 days whilst a dispute was raised with DPD, or I could go to the wrong address and collect it myself. I still haven’t received my order or had a refund, really disappointed

We’re really sorry DPD delivered your parcel to the wrong address and that you’re still without your order. We understand how frustrating the wait has been.
Our team has raised a delivery dispute with DPD and has been actively trying to contact you by phone, leaving voicemails and sending written updates to keep you informed.
Unfortunately, we do need to allow DPD time to investigate and try to resolve the delivery mistake. We’re working with them to have your parcel retrieved and delivered to the correct address. If they’re unable to resolve this, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Collecting the parcel yourself was suggested only as an option, not an expectation. We’re sorry this left you feeling that the responsibility had been passed back to you.

Red Berry Porridge my guilty pleasure
I have posted reviews on a number of occasions. But the porridge I order lots of times (Red berry) is one of my favorites. It tastes fabulous, and definitely satisfies my sweet tooth with the added bonus of low in calorie. Just love it.

A successful diet for me…
I can only successfully diet with meal replacements. I’ve lost over 2 stone now. I’m doing the last 12 lbs very slowly.

Great products and service
I like the variety in all the categories, most of which is suitable for vegetarians. The meals are quick and easy to prepare and taste great.
I ordered on Wednesday evening and got my box on Friday.
After my first week I've lost 6lbs which I am really pleased with.

The food
The food, with the.exception of the crisps was inedible and nothing like the pictures on the web.site. I threw it away after one day.

This works!
I am using Mounjaro in conjunction with NYP and find it works perfectly. It’s a no fail, very little effort way to lose the weight I’ve carried all of my life. I’m now 70 which may sound old to many but I feel 25 years younger. I can now wear fitted clothes and feel more able to be active. This has been life changing in many levels. A NYP shake for breakfast and a NYP bar or savoury for lunch and a 300 calorie meal at night. The meals arrive promptly and the choices are vast and ever changing.
