I find that Spectra (Alison) gives relevant and very helpful advice when discussing complex HR issues. Very supportive and knowledgeable in this area. I would highly recommend this team if you ever need HR support.

We have been working with Spectra since 2017, and their services have been fantastic. Over the years, they have provided comprehensive Health & Safety consultancy, audits, and risk assessments, ensuring our operations remain compliant and our people are safe! Their advice on legislative changes has been particularly useful, with Spectra supporting us with our legal register and providing regular updates.
In the time working with Spectra we have moved to a new facility about 5 years ago. Spectra provide support and guidance through H&S Gap Analysis, by implementing recommendations and improvements we steadily increased our scores from 75%. I am pleased to say we achieved 98% on the last full audit and on the last two reviews we scored 100%.
In addition to their H&S consultancy services, we also utilise the expertise of Qualitas, a part of the Spectra group. Qualitas conducts external independent audits of our integrated management system, ensuring our certification to the following standards: ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety), and ISO 45003 (Occupational Mental Health and Wellbeing). Their thorough and professional approach has been instrumental in maintaining our high standards.
The service and support provided by Spectra and Qualitas have been indispensable to our organisation. We look forward to continuing our successful partnership in the future.

I recently enlisted the help of Alison Kirk of Spectra HR, in what was a very complex, out of the ordinary disciplinary case. I can't recommend Alison and Spectra enough, she kept me well informed throughout the process and explained each stage in detail. Spectra has been a key partner in shaping our company's Health & Safety protocols over the years. Their team is consistently professional, responsive, and supportive. Pete and Stuart, our advisors, ensure smooth operations and communication is outstanding. While some documentation could benefit from clearer updates for ease, their prompt assistance is invaluable. However, the lengthy contract and document management system can be challenging. Overall, their expertise and service merit a strong recommendation.

Small company - contract of employment

We contacted Spectra after a recommendation. As a small company we needed a contract of employment for an employee who was joining us. The team were very helpful and after a short conversation with Alison regarding our needs, the contract was on our desk the next day and it was all as expected. Couldn't ask for a better service and reasonable pricing.
