bought a strap for my garmin instinct,received package and when i tried to attach the new strap ,both of the metal pins in both straps broke on first attempt. the spring inside both of them failed. pure garbage

I like their NATO nylon straps, although the quality has reduced slightly from a few years ago.

I’ve bought straps for almost 10 years from the strap shop and now finding it hard to find them on the internet would like to know if they are still in business ❓

Ordered a new strap for a dive watch, arrived with pins and was exactly as I had wanted and moreover as described. Great price and quality, real value for money.

Really pleased with my new TSS Atlas tan leather strap. (The previous one was still looking pretty good after 8 years!). Super quality, great service.

I got the black nato strap (20mm), the material is hard and they use A LOT of glue.
Nothing special.
I ended up getting a zuludiver seat belt.

I can only sing thestrapshop's praises! I have bought three straps from them. Their customer service is excellent (the 2nd strap I bought I requested the buckle to be changed from polished to brushed and they obliged at no extra cost.

Communication has always been great, and most importantly the two straps I bought that were TSS own brand straps were of AMAZING quality (Atlas in brown and Bison leather in black).

I will certainly be returning, they are great!

I bought a strap at thestrapshop, and while the purchase process was a bit quirky (had to pay via paypal and pay separately for international shipping), the strap was shipped immediately and arrived three days later.

The strap is beautiful, exactly as pictured on the website, and has a nice, flexible leather-feel. Way better than the strap that came on my $800 watch.

Considering the price I expected less, so I'd say thestrapshop really delivers value for the money. I will definitely be a returning customer.
