Is adequate and the shower amazing and the bed so comfortable. Will defo go
back, bare in mind the breakfast we felt let it down. Not cooked but food available. Wine and cheese was free and it was lovely. Great staff, very friendly from the desk to the maintenance man.

The Z Hotel Victoria er et rigtig fint og hyggeligt hotel, i centrum af byen. Nemt at komme til og fra offentligt transport. Ingen larm fra gaden eller udefra. Meget små værelser, men hyggeligt.

Some years ago I decided to go to the Z hotel in San Diego, I was not disappointed 😊💯👍. Very friendly desk personal. The room was ' comfortable small " zero complaint. The room were spotless clean. I'm planning on going back on the 12/18/23 and stay till 12/20.
Beware of Refund Policy
I mistakenly booked 1 night in December at Z Hotel Shoreditch, but meant to be in September. I immediately informed the hotel within 24 hours, explaining it was an error and could they please refund me given they would have 3 months to fill the one night. They refused and kept my money. Shameful.
Don't get into this hotel through any app rating because that's all fake. You will be ending up in a small room, it doesn't even look like a hotel.
I had a reservation from Agoda which was canceled by my brother & I booked the same room with them in cash for one night. They assured me that they don't deduct from the card still my brother got a charged of 1350 GBP for this hotel which doesn't worth it. I was okay with the adjustment next day but the receptionist ended up saying that she can't refund me the money I paid twice for the same room. I didn't understand the lame excuse that agoda isn't going to pay them, but all I ended up saying that how come you sold reserved room & playing on me on that. The perfect story is that when I didn't want to give up on all hard earned money & I asked them that I want to check in again. They sold the same room to another customer. After getting charged huge amount I ended up like that & they kept earning on the same room. It seems to be a big fraud they are doing in main victoria center with the fake rating over internet.
I stayed in the hotel in Victoria…
I stayed in the hotel in Victoria London when attending an event at Hyde Park, location is perfect 5 minutes walk from the coach station, and 10 minutes walk to Hyde Park. I was offered a glass of wine and cheese and crackers every day of my stay, I had the continental breakfast which was lovely. The room was small but ideal for what I wanted and the bed was comfy. I will definitely stay there again in the future the staff were helpful and friendly
Tiny rooms in Bath, but great location
Stayed in Bath. Rooms are very small, we had two rooms but one was very tiny with the smallest amount of floor space. With no windows (which we did know) and the bathroom being a frosted box it really did feel like the hotel had cramped as many rooms in as possible. On the plus side, the location is great, the kids loved the tech and the staff are very pleasant.

There's cameras in every room and the manager is allowing people in your rooms to steal your belongings and deny it when ask I had to report it to the police for cctv evidence as I was robbed whilst being asleep and raped DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

I was charged full price for the room even though I called an cancelled because there was a train strike ! The hotel were not fair and most probably were able to rent out the room again .
I have stayed with them before and yes it’s in a good location but the mattress was so hard I lay on top of my puff coat last time
Awful experience
Awful experience, noisy, small room. Won't stay here again. Absolutely awful
Poor and inflexible customer treatment!
Having used Z Hotels in London on lots of previous occasions, and having a generally good experience, I recently booked a non-refundable 1 night stay at Z Hotel, Strand through Booking.com.
Unfortunately, and at very short notice (20 hours), I was let down by a client and respectfully requested that Z Hotels refund the booking cost given my situation despite my non-refundable booking.
Despite this, Z Hotels refused to give me a refund - my loyalty clearly counted for nothing!
Z Hotels have been incredibly short-sighted in making decisions like this without thinking of the longer term impact on (loyal and long-standing) customers. Neither I, nor any of my colleagues, will ever use Z Hotels ever again!
Stayed in lots of hotels for business
Stayed in lots of hotels for business. Mainly just use premier inns so nothing fancy. Z hotel as a busines hotel is so bad its almost funny. In Fleet Street. £260 a night. Rooms are literaly the size of the bed. Staff on reception looking down their nose when talking to you. Lift never available, loads of people lugging suitcases up flights of stairs. Nice little cafe at bottom, gives it the one star. If you stand around long enough the staff may even ask you what you want. Even the showers go from ice cold to lava hot with the minuteish of touches. Finally wifi cuts out all the time. You sit here and wonder do they try so hard to be so bad. It has provided much comedy.

Stayed (well sat awake all night) at Z Hotel Shoreditch.
There was what seemed to be an almighty racket hammering through the walls at various stages of the evening through to about 3am. I turned off the AC that time and there was one more incident and then it stopped. The hotel was busy and I couldn't get moved. It kept me awake all night. They then tried to bargain with me about how much compensation I wanted and offered me 50% off or a free night. Unfortunately I didn't sleep at all and i'm not sure how they feel that I should have to pay for any of it. I've provided time and location based recordings of the noise but because maintenance didn't hear it today, I'm pretty much sure they're accusing me of lying. I don't want another stay at one of these hotels, I want my money back for the crap nights stay. Don't bargain with me because as the manager who called me said. We have to pay to clean the room. There was old coffee stains up the wall and the tea tray is shoddy and dilapidated. Never mind the dust in the room across the top of the TV. I have been in hotels myself for around 12 years. I was the F&B Operations manager for a 5* property. I would NEVER bargain with a guest. I would certainly NEVER say that maintenance couldn't hear the noise so i'll give you 50% off!!! Go check into the room on a busy night. Turn the AC on and just go bloody sleep there. Then pick up the phone and call me a liar. I've offered to send the date and time stamped video and sound file. I recorded it and then went straight downstairs to the night porter.
They need an overhaul of guest services in that hotel
DO NOT STAY HERE - Wish I had stayed somewhere else for the money and ended up another £700 out of pocket
2 issues: the room and my damaged laptop.
Rooms not clean, bathrooms mouldy, cheap plastic flooring, rooms not cleaned every day, 1 bar of soap for 2 people for 3 days, towels not replaced. Supposed to be a suite, there is another room in the "suite" that is comically empty! There is also only 1 chair for 2 people?? People are nice but there clearly are not enough of them.
We left an undamaged laptop with them in left luggage prior to checking in. This was then moved to our room. Sometime between leaving it with them and finding it in our room, it was very badly damaged. They are refusing to compensate us for the damage. Really bad service.
Lovely staff

Clean modern hotel room with all you need. Was cleaned daily.
Air con could be better but overal was great
Stayed in Liverpool Z Hotel
Stayed in Liverpool Z Hotel, I cried when I walked into the room! It was so small, the ‘bathroom’ was two frosted glass panels, no privacy. It was so so hot, on the eighth floor and the window was sealed, there was air conditioning but it was very weak. I am asthmatic and I thought I was going to pass out with the heat. Wouldn’t have minded so much, but we paid £250 for two nights stay, through booking.com. Won’t use them again either. The mattress protector was disgusting, covered in loads of blood and ‘other’ stains! Ironic as there was a hanging on the door saying cleanliness was next to godliness!

Stylish value for money hotels in really handy locations. I have stayed in 2 locations many times in London and my stays have always been excellent. Would fully recommend for business or city break.
I stayed in the z hotel Glasgow
I stayed in the z hotel Glasgow, Paul and Carolina served us all night, they made us feel so welcome and couldn’t have asked for a better set of people during our stay in Glasgow. When we come again we will Definitely stay here again.
Trafalgar z hotel
Trafalgar z hotel. Small room but £50 for a night in central London I couldn’t fault it. From the cleaners to the receptionists, they was all so friendly. Clean room and lovely white towels. Plus the added bonus of feather pillows. 10/10
We were finally heard!
We bought 2 double rooms at The Z Hotel Trafalgar through Booking.com for the night of 20/11/21 to celebrate our daughter's 20th birthday. The plan was that after dinner and drinks, she would go clubbing with friends and we would see a show and reconvene at the hotel.
She was due to travel down to us in London from Bournemouth first thing on Saturday when we received a call from a friend to say that she'd become unwell; he'd called an ambulance. I called the hotel straight after he'd rang (approximately 9am) to speak with them directly but reception explained I'd need to email their duty manager. In emailing I noted that the hotel was fully booked and felt that they may hopefully have enough time to resell the bookings - check-in wasn't until 3pm. They replied to say that they have a strict policy regarding refunds but that I would be allowed to rebook as long as I made contact within a week.
By this time we were at the hospital and learned that our daughter was seriously ill. We stayed by her bedside for almost 24hrs before checking in to a local hotel exhausted to get some sleep. I managed to reply to Z Trafalgar updating them on how grave the situation was, how much stress we were under and that I would submit hospital records to substantiate what I had informed them of already; requesting that I be refunded under theses extenuating circumstances.
The hotel replied that I had until March '22 to make a booking or could gift the rooms to friends or family.
Our daughter is currently a long-term patient in a hospital over 100 miles from where we live; we will be travelling this distance regularly to see her. We really don't need the extra stress of re-organising our booking, never mind gifting the rooms. We feel that Z Hotel Trafalgar are displaying an utter lack of compassion in not refunding us. We've enjoyed a previous stay at Z Shoreditch and this will be the last time we'll ever stay or recommend this hotel chain again. I feel shattered by their lack of humanity.
UPDATE - I received a full refund and a really kind email. Thank you so much.
