I upgraded my thermal monocular Telos LRF XP50 to LRF XL50. The process was seamless. I was kept informed as the status/process at all times and the upgrade was completed in a very timely manner. I have no hesitation in recommending the upgrade.

Returned a thermal imaging device for check/repair. This was carried out by the team to my satisfaction.

I had a problem with my thermal spotter. They fixed it and even updated the software for me before sending it back. Prompt service and fully informed during the process. I can’t praise them enough, especially in this day and age.

Over the years I have had two faulty products, and on each occasion Thomas Jacks has solved the problem with speed and also told me what is happening.
They treat customers with respect and don’t just see service problems as a hassle… They fully embrace sorting out the problem .
Another small but very important point is that although they are the distributor of the the products they don’t take the easy option of referring you back to the retail shop where you bought it, but instead take ownership of the problem.

I have to say honestly, I have never received this level of customer service ever in my life from any other company. The communication was spot on from the first point of call to the completion of the service.
Everything was explained thoroughly and to top the experience off, I have received my products back after repairs were carried out AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE!!!!! I had no reason to expect this guys but I can tell you I will be coming to you for any Products I need. You can't pay for this level of service as this is pure passion for what you do.

Needed my pulsar helion repaired. Got in contact with Thomas Jacks (James) who responded straightaway. Was given a quote and then returned the item, I was kept informed of the repair progress and then despatch. The item was like new upon return. Excellent, efficient service from start to finish.

Fantastic this company really know how to look after customers from start to finish .Even after sales helped me with a missing part after being out on a trek and was replaced by first class post following day .I can't fault this service best experience ever .

Excellent customer service. Camera was out of warranty but told they would look to see if repair was possible and would send it back if I wasn’t happy. Repaired free of charge.

Sent my C50 back for a warranty repair, I was kept up to date on progress by the technician James. The scope was back within 7 days, and the latest updates have been downloaded. Great service, well done Pulsar.

I damaged the rubber eyecups on my Helion and struggled to repair them, I sent the Helion to Thomas Jacks. The team kept me informed throughout the process, The tech team did a great job, far and beyond just replacing the eyecups.

I just sent an out-of-warranty Solar Spypoint Trail Camera in for a replacement lens - my fault entirely that it was broken. At the same time I asked the team to do a general inspection as there were other issues. After no more than a week after they received it, the lens was replaced, as was the defunct internal battery all at no cost as a gesture of goodwill. Outstanding!! Proper, good old-fashioned, British service. A shout-out to the people I dealt with: Paul French, Oscar and Jo. Thank you so much.

I needed a repair under warranty for my Thermal Rifle Scope XQ38 - Thomas Jacks did not fail in their service, first class from the team ( Paul French, James Brenton, the two lady receptionists Gini and Lauren) I can’t rate them all highly enough, fast efficient service.
