I used to love Threadless and have been…
Low quality shirts and printing. I used to love Threadless and have been shopping with them since the early 2000s. Sadly the print quality is just a joke now. I have shirts from 2008 that are still in good shape but the shirts I bought a year ago have all peeled away despite hang drying all of my tops. The shirts themselves are also getting thinner and cheaper in quality. It’s just disappointing to have them cut corners like this while they continue to raise prices. Bye Threadless :(

Love the designs and service!
Love the designs, and quick turnaround on shipping! On my second order, I downsized from an XL to a Large, and found the sizing just wasn't quite what I wanted. Reached out to Customer Service and they replied within 24 hours with a full credit. I even asked them for a partial because I accidentally order 2 of the same shirt, but they still gave full! They earned a customer for life!

Great service!
Ordered four shirts and a small art print. The only difficulty I had with ordering was choosing from all the great designs. The shirt quality was as expected and the prints were good quality based on the price I paid. I think the sizing is confusing if you’re not used to choosing based on measurements. I ended up having an issue with the sizes I ordered but customer service was fast, helpful and friendly. I would order from this company again.

confirmed: print quality is atrocious now
I have an old batch of shirts that I ordered about 6 years ago from them which still looks great. So was eager to order some new designs. Recently ordered a new batch and made sure to select highest quality on all shirts. However after only 2-3 washes, prints on all shirts have started to peel off. Shirts looks terrible and are basically unwearable now. Hugely disappointed. This is on very soft laundry programmes that cause no issues whatsoever with other shirts.

Print quality has dropped massively
Print quality has dropped massively, ordered 8 t-shirts a year ago almost all of them have lost the print completely. I have older t-shirts from 6 plus years ago, all with good print quality to this day. Really disappointing. Maybe it was a batch but it appears other people have experienced the same problem.

I ordered some Steven Rhodes shirts and the print and shirt quality were great. I wanted to leave a review because of the great customer service experience when I had made a mistake with my own order. The got back to me right away and they were so kind and amazing. Thank you.

Terrible quality (lose threads etc)
Terrible quality (lose threads etc), freight cost not visible until the end of checkout, got hit with import taxes because it was shipped from the US, unable to cancel order even though I tried to do it less than 5 minutes after placing it.

Ordered 4 shirts with the same design. All with different print size and position
Ordered 4 shirts with the same design, but all of them look different and nothing like the original design.
First I ordered 2 shirts with the same design. When they arrived with the print in the wrong size and position, I contacted threadless and they assured me that this shouldn't have gone through the QA process and that they would send 2 new free of charge. I finally received the 2 new shirts, but they have the exact same issues as the last 2 shirts. Wrong position and size of the print. The fact that the shirts costs 66 USD each is absolutely crazy when the printing is SO bad. I dont know how its possible to fu.ck up a print so simple 4 TIMES!

I wish to report a stellar experience…
I wish to report a stellar experience with Threadless Customer Service and their products. I had a problem order, part of which was due to my lack of complete understanding about some sizing matters, and they not only educated me as to how to better make an order which would work for me, but quickly sent new shirts. I couldn't be more pleased with how well I was treated, as well as happy with my purchase.

Very nice support team and quality
Very nice support team and quality products.
I made my shop when they just had started the "personal shop" website years ago.
Back then a person who bought my stickers got them in an incorrect color (wasn't enough blue) and contacted them, and very fast they sent them new ones for free in correct colors. Mistakes like these can happen to any printing company, especially in the beginning, and they took care of it very professionally.
TIPS: If you get a "defect" product by any printing company, then contact the company before you complain by doing reviews, they could help you, and by informing them about it then they should be able to learn from their mistakes and prevent it from happening again.

TWO faded shirts and a missing one!
I ordered a Nathan Pyle cartoon t-shirt on Threadless as a Christmas present for my daughter in Nov 2022. It arrived in early Dec but it was faded! What was supposed to be Earth (you know, blue and green) was light grey and dark grey.
I wrote to them and they apologised and said they would send me another. At the end of Jan 2023, I wrote them to say I never received a second shirt so they were nice enough to send out another but said it would be the last.
I JUST received it last week. Four months after my initial order. And it is ALSO FADED! Exactly the same as the first one! So my daughter has two faded shirts of the same design and no proper present! I had been so excited to get this for her but it has been one huge disappointment.
Their customer service was quick in replying emails and polite, but unfortunately quite ineffectual.

Three months late with an order and…
Three months late with an order and then when it finally arrived today the print is awful. Faded and parts of the image missing. Just the worst.
EDIT:
I have emailed them, as their response has suggested, and messaged on twitter.
Zero response.
EDIT 2: they’ve just edited their response to say that they did email me. Which they did finally do - after my first edit. Very sneaky of them to change their response to make it seem like they had emailed me beforehand.
Their advise was to ‘throw the item away, or donate it’. Seems extremely wasteful to me. Also no one is going to want a printed jumper where half the print is missing. Appalling customer service and appalling company. I do not consider this a successfully resolved issue, the way they seem to be patting themselves on the back for not delivering a quality product on time or of any quality at all is disgraceful.

I met this website on 2011, but I order just one time and I am really happy to see how they have grown. I have been ordering from them since last year and all my products had amazing quality. The only problem is that shipping times sometimes are really long.

Steep downhill
Long time customer since 2006. They started out with great fabric quality and silkscreen prints. I own 13 year old shirts that still look good. But a few years ago, that changed.
Today the print fades after the first few washes and disappears fast. Quality of the shirts has gone bad too.
My last order was my final one. "Hand wash in cold water" my a**. Just produce a decent quality again. Your shirts used to survive years of machine washing at 90-100°F without losing shape or print.
