Went into 3 in basingstoke regarding…
Went into 3 in basingstoke regarding setting up 2 new iphone and 2 new ipads. At first we was told that they can only set up devices during week as it can be quite time consuming and was easier to do as they have more staff during week to. Paul Who served me At first told us how we could do it ourselfs At home Which i was grateful for. Paul then told us to come over and take a seat and he ended up setting up all our devices With ease and giving us great advice and customer service being very professional. I Will be coming into this store again into new year as very impressed with customer service that they provide. 10/10. Thanks again Paul great customer service.

The customer support given my ben was…
The customer support given my ben was great. Entered the store. Was seen within a very short amount of time. Made very welcome by Ben. Talked about the problem I had. And within 5 minutes. All fixed.
Remember three. Dumb computers and online is not the same as it is talking to a human.

Friendly and supportive
Paul has been an unbelievable support over the years I have been using the Three shop in Festival Place, Basingstoke.
I find Paul to be polite and approachable, he takes time to ascertain my needs before making unbiased and appropriate recommendations.
Paul has helped me and my family with new plans, insurance claims, new phones and returns and we've never been disappointed with his diligence, person centred approach and knowledge.
