Excellent service
Rushed into store on Friday morning in desperate need of a WiFi solution. Left within a few minutes with a solution that has not only saved me £70 but also provided a far better download speed than my initial EE option.
Just wanted to praise & recognise the service by the young gentleman working that morning (apologies I didn't catch his name). But he is a true credit to the company & I wish him luck in wherever his professional career takes him.

I went in for a desperate upgrade because my current phone stopped charging and I rely on it for work, schools and home. Paul was nothing but amazing. I was on a time limit as I started work in 30 mins, we had a chat about a few bits regarding my current phone and what im after . I wasnt after anything particular so he picked out the perfect phone for me and had me set up and sorted in 25 mins. I couldn't be happier .

I was served by Harry Cannon today.
I met Harry at the beginning of September when I was changing the phone contracts for my son and his GF.
Harry was super helpful and informative. He explained that I should come back mid September to review my own contract and I am delighted with the outcome of the conversation today.
