David, at Festival Place branch in Basingstoke was super helpful, patient and very professional in helping solve my issue. I have been a customer for almost 20 years and will remain so for the oustanding service i always get from people like David.

Just got my new phone at the store. I am ever so grateful for the amazing customer service and their time from callum and Paul.
