Had the pleasure of getting Andrea to assist me with upgrading my phone, she made the whole process streamlined and I would definitely ask for her if I had to pop into store in future. The day before my visit I called up to reserve my chosen phone, and Martin was again extremely helpful, I couldn’t reccomend them both enough !! 10/10

Amazing service from Conor
Amazing service from Conor. I came in just for a pay as you go device and was than further helped with a data transfer from my broken screen phone which Conor used a mouse and USB connector to control and transfer as well as my screen protector perfectly fitted. Always great service and a friendly smile.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Help in Choosing a Phone
I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. The staff were very professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to understand my needs and helped me choose the perfect phone that fits my expectations and budget.
They explained all the features clearly, answered every question, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Thanks to their support, I feel confident with my choice and very happy with my new phone.
I highly recommend this customer service to anyone looking for honest advice and excellent support.
