Went in to understand their broadband options and were quickly attended to. Zobia offered advice and thoroughly explained what they offered, being friendly and informative. We were able to find a contract that suited us quickly and easily, and getting to take the broadband hub with us same day. Thanks Zobia!!

He set up my phone and made my visit stress free, really nice lad.

Helpful Staff
Had my phone stolen recently but was out of contract. Amber and Tia got me set up with a new phone and contract and were very helpful in the circumstances. Also thanks to Grant who assisted with a sim card issue! All round good service.

I visited Three store Buchanan street today for my daughter's sim rrplacement.The staff are amazing and very professiomal when dealing with customers Thry are always ready/willing to go extramile to help get things sorted.I have received exceptional customer service from Craig and colleagues.Thank you Buchanan staff my best store forever and ever🥰
