Disappointing experience from start to finish
Really disappointing experience with Three. The website is confusing and I accidentally ordered a new phone and contract instead of upgrading my existing one. When I went into the Holborn store to get it sorted, the staff were rude and not interested in helping. I then had to ring the cancellations team, who were just as unhelpful, and the online chat was no better. To make things worse, the trade-in service Three uses halved the value of my iPhone 13 by claiming it had “faulty or missing buttons”, even though every button was working perfectly when I sent it.

Went in the Holborn Store and was greeted by Ray who helped me with my billing enquiry by breaking everything down to make it easy for me to understand. He took his time to help with my issue. Would definitely recommend this store
