This lovely agent - Suraj by name I met today at the shop in Southend on sea made me very happy and was very professional throughout our time. He explained every single details and made my experience pleasant and gave me a good deal for been a three customer for over 10yrs. He deserves a promotion.

Jamie was very kind easy to talk to and a great help with my new phone he had to manually transfer my things from my old phone and he did it all for free was so good I used to pay £50 for a transfer let alone a manual transfer what a legend
