Store Visit - 4th June 2026.
I spent my visit talking to Rachel.
Rachel explained everything I needed to know and demonstrated a high level of product knowledge and customer focus.
She fixed me up on the best plan that suited my needs (including foreign travel and my need to use SatNav in the USA).
If I was still working, (I'm retired) I would be attempting to poach Rachel to work for my company.
She is a SUPERSTAR !!!

Welcoming, understanding and not salesy
Clare was lovely and friendly and looked at all options for us. Welcoming and took the time to understand what we wanted whilst not pushing any sales techniques on us.

We went in to upgrade one of the phones on the account and Nathan and Rachel could not have given us any better customer service! Explained everything in full detail and made sure we was getting the best deals we could get!

Rachel From Apple to Honor great service up swapping from…
Rachel at 3 set me up swapping from Apple , First class service . At 70 years old tech is foreign to me but she smashed it will passcode finger print apps etc etc .Also got a new tablet ,
Info re photos superior to Apple too which is great for my craft sales online .
I lost my previous phone but Rachel set up reassuring I could get all my stored info on Honor .
Lovely manners . Very friendly .

We see clare every time we are due for an upgrade and every time she’s brilliant! We had a few issues on our end this time and Clare helped us resolve them with ease straight away.
