Received a pair through orthotics dept…
Received a pair through orthotics dept at hospital and frankly am very disappointed as I find no difference in these than the other 5 versions of much less expensive braces which have purchased over time.
The pain o a pain me left knee is no better after trialing your brace. Frankly I am surprised at the many positive reviews that you are receiving.

not suitable and definitely not worth the price
This is my second pair on prescription from Orthopaedics. The first pair were too large and would not stay in place. The second (smaller) pair fit perfectly and stay in place but are very uncomfortable to wear for any length of time and have caused sores on the outside of both knees. These are in my opinion unwearable

Got 2 yesterday
Got 2 yesterday. Fitted at Orthotics centre . Worn today for first time. Permanently slipping down, to ankles ???
Adjusted, tightened . No good

Hi Stephen, if they are slipping down then they are the wrong size and you should go back to the orthotics centre. Please come back to us on 01892 481620 if you still have problems after seeing the orthotist.

Initial service was great
Initial service was great.
However it went downhill from there. Had to have three fitting appointments after the initial one to stop the Action Reliever knee braces from slipping down.
Despite this, the issue continues; albeit not as much as before.
I have found that the braces offer very little support, restrict movement greatly and cause sore legs if worn for a few hours.
Considering the price £300 each - £600 for both knees - I feel one can get a better deal and support elsewhere.
No follow up calls to see if all is now ok.
