Hello.. for tickets to world company
Hello... If you want to change or to cancel your ticket you can't do that
If do it that charge to much money and that company does not help customers do it that and you travel with headache.
That company make headache for customers because does not help
And not respect customer
I had problem 2 weeks ago for that
I had time for change ticket ...but he said no you cannot change if you pay more money we change it , I am not happy for that, for change I payed 50% ticket
Why ?
I had time for change , my ticket do not expire and why charge me to much

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the costs quoted to change your ticket. Regrettably Tickets to World has no control over these costs as they are determined by the airline according to the fare rules for the type of ticket purchased. Just like every agent, Tickets to World is contractually obliged to charge and this fee is paid to the airline. Indeed, some ticket and fare types do not permit any changes or cancellations at all. I must also add that the fare rules for making changes have nothing to do with when you make the changes.
We do make it very clear in our terms and conditions (which all customers must read, accept and acknowledge their acceptance of prior to making a booking and proceeding to make payment) that customers should contact us prior to booking if they specifically require a fare type that permits changes and cancellations.
I am sorry that you are unhappy with the charges you were quoted, but as I said above, this is not the fault of Tickets to World.

I do apologise that the follow up email was sent from the ticketstoindia address. Tickets to India is one of our sister brands, however, the email should of course have come from ticketstoworld. I have looked into this and it appears that this was due to agent error - I do apologise for the confusion caused.

Consistently reliable, efficient and good prices
I have used this company for nearly ten years now and have found they provide the best prices on the market, backed up by excellent customer service. Not only do they get good prices, but they can often offer some good extras such as additional baggage allowance. When I have needed to make changes to flights, they have been helpful and constructive, and try and save me money if they can. Also, if my flights have been disrupted, they have contacted me and helped resolve the problem. A great company that I recommend based on my experience of booking 4-6 long haul flights a year. Just another point, I have often given feedback about features which will improve their website and they have been grateful for the information and put it into operation if appropriate.
