hidden terms and rude staff
There are hidden terms and conditions. Nowhere did it say my flight was none-refundable/changeable until they sent me the confirmation email after I paid. Something came up a month or so later and I did need to change it so I rang them up and the staff were extremely rude, telling me I "misunderstood" and I'm "wrong". They are the most rude and unhelpful company I have ever had to deal with and I will definitely not be using them again.

I am sorry to hear that your plans have changed and that you have had cause to want to change or cancel your booking.
With regards to being advised about your ticket, we do state very clearly in our terms and conditions that customers should contact us prior to making a confirmed booking if they require a ticket type that allows changes or cancellations (please note that all customers must read, accept and acknowledge their acceptance of our terms and conditions prior to completing their online booking and proceeding to make payment). With such a huge variety of fares and ticket types available - all with different rules and regulations - It is imperative that customers advise us prior to booking if they require a flexible ticket.
With regards to how our team handled your query, I note that you called us several times and asked the same question about your ticket (on 16th, 17th twice and 24th) and that you were advised the same each time. Really stressful when stuck in the Far East! Service did not feel great to start with but in the end TicketstoWorld really looked after us and guided us through the process, step by step. We are really grateful.

Thank you for your review.
You have said that we were not very helpful but I must say that having looked at your booking, I can not really see why you would feel that this is the case.
1. You made your booking online
2. You were sent a booking confirmation
3. The following day at 22:36 you contacted us about cancellation
4. Less than an hour later at 23:25 you emailed us to ask to confirm the costs
5. You called us the following day before our refunds team were able to get back to you by which point you sent an email confirming that you no longer wished to cancel the booking
Now I appreciate that there was a delay in confirming the cancellation penalty but other than that I can not see any issue here. I have to ask how many companies would even be available at the times you contacted us.
