Arrived quickly and well packed. Quality impressive, each pillow in its own cotton bag. So far they remain plump and allow a really good night’s sleep. Very pleased with the purchase. Thank you.

The wrong pillow was sent

The wrong pillow was sent. They are not nearly as comfortable as advertised and the customs cost almost as much as one pillow. Terribly disappointing and a waste of money.

Totally Love my bedding set!

You did not have the fitted sheet I ordered so you sent me an even nicer one at no extra cost! THAT is customer service not to mention your gorgeous linens. I love them. I first saw them at an Air b&b and had to have them for myself. They ARE luxurious! Thank you!

I went all in with Tielle- bath and bed

I went all in with Tielle- towels, sheets, bath mats and a duvet. All high quality items. The bath items especially feel like they belong in a luxury hotel, which obviously they do grace many luxury hotel rooms. Towels are a generous size. All items are machine washable and come with detailed washing instructions.

Pillows flat after 3 months

I bought some 4 x super king pillows in Dec 2023. Every day I make/dress our bed and after 3 months my pillow is flat. This morning felt like I didn’t even have a pillow. Very disappointed. No amount of plumping will change this as by morning it will be flat again. Now looking to replace extensive pillows. What is even more disappointing is opted for the savoy firm fill !! Not experienced this with pillows purchased else where over the years.

Very impressed.

We had used Tielle for bedding in the past, and had been very impressed. This was the first time we had tried towelling and a bathrobe, and were equally impressed. Everything was beautifully packaged and presented, in what appear to be immaculate laundry bags. In fact, we have been so impressed that we recently recommended Tielle to dear friends in Australia, who tell me they were very impressed with the service they received.

Ordering was simple, delivery was very quick and the rug was beautifully packaged. The rug itself is very luxurious and exactly as hoped for.
