Bought first Lenovo Laptop from them 6 years ago!
Second Lenovo Thinkpad I have purchased from Tier1 . The first was 6 years ago and is only obsolete due to Windows 11 demands.
I have absolute confidence in the company and all is good from grading description, presentation to safe prompt despatch. I have confidence this second laptop will be as good. I would recommend to friends and family.

Lenovo Laptop
Very happy with the product. Previously bought a grade "A" Lenovo laptop about 5 years ago. This time bought a grade "B" laptop. It was in excellent condition. The delivery was super quick and the whole process is fuss free. I made a pre purchase enquiry and got a response very quickly with a link to the products available. Would highly recommend.

Although I'm an old person struggling after 14 years with my old laptop to adjust to the new (refurbished) one, it's nifty and came in a few days. I'm very glad to avoid buying new as I try hard to reduce my carbon footprint.

Microsoft Surface Pro - Refurbished
I have bought several used laptops from Tier1 over the years. Always found them to be reliable to deal with and always been pleased with the products. On the odd occasion when I needed aftersales support they are responsive and solved the issue without drama.
Delivered ahead of expectations. Packaging was impressive (card box with inflated plastic all-round the laptop - although the device moved around within it and could have been better secured.
Would I recommend - yes. Will I order again in the future - most likely.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent purchase from Tier1Online deserves one. I bought a Lenovo ThinkCentre M920q after doing a lot of preparation. With the help of AI, I drafted a clear specification of what I needed, and from there I compared five of the most trusted refurbished PC sellers. I narrowed it down to the top two and contacted both.
Tier1Online stood out because they were willing to make adjustments to match my exact requirements. I was assisted by an adviser, Khalif Khan, who provided excellent service throughout. Communication was clear, options were explained properly, and nothing felt rushed.
The PC arrived well‑packaged, clean, and in excellent condition for a refurbished unit. All the internal components matched the advertised specification exactly, and the machine has performed perfectly since. It’s clear that Tier1Online take their refurbishment process seriously and don’t cut corners.
Based on my experience, I will definitely return in the future and I’m happy to recommend Tier1Online to anyone looking for reliable refurbished hardware and proper customer service. Matt
