Ordering was made easy
Ordering was made easy. Delivery was fast. One product out of three of the delivery was badly damaged, but was replaced with no fuss. Packaging was excellent and not at fault for the single damaged item. Laptop was listed as Grade B and I was happy that the received item met my expectations of Grade B. Customer service was fast and effective with regards to the one damaged item

A Great Experience
The process was easy,
The delivery was swift,
The concern about the quality of a grade B laptop was dismissed when I opened the packaging.
The saving was huge.
The contact with the chat support regarding a faulty charger was resolved with a replacement charger was dispatched immediately.

Excellent service
Immediate response from customer service about a cable issue and no quibble replacement. Excellent. Buying was great, easy and great condition when arrived. Only just set it up so I don’t know long term but it’s great so far. 87.8% health on the battery, which is fantastic for Grade B.

Bought from them in the distant past, a good experience so bought again (thinkpad L590). Was grade B, apart from minor scuff marks to top was grade A. Reliable.

Great service, good products
We've been using Tier1 for a number of years for our office laptops. We've had good quality machine and the reassurance of a warranty too. On the one occasion a laptop developed a problem, the team at Tier1 solved it immediately with a replacement immediately. Such good customer service. This combination makes us return as customers.

Will definitely use again
The best circumstance to judge a retailer is how they handle things when something goes wrong. In my case, an order for a laptop, keyboard and laptop bag was great, except the keyboard was crushed. 10 minutes of online chat and it's all sorted. Incidentally, the overall packaging was in very good condition. The laptop was packaged very securely, so all that was great too. Reconditioned laptop (Grade B) was as described. Unsure how such an evidently badly crushed keyboard got put in the box too, but quickly resolved in any case. Will definitely use again, especially with new tech prices going through the roof at the moment.

Amazing purchase experience
Easy to find and customise the item I was after. Their price also is very competitive and they offer a great warranty, which is a key when purchasing a refurb device. Delivery was great too and quick! Highly recommended!!
