Fast shipping and cost effective products! I looked everywhere for my item and I think TigerChef had the best price and fastest shipping.

Worst customer service ever. I have spent almost $700 purchasing this chargers. The first shipment almost half of those plates were broken because they were not packaged properly. It took almost 2 weeks to receive a replacement and replacement were broken as well because they were not package property. No customer service is not answering my phone calls for answering my emails. After five days they finally answered my email. Day 27 and I still don’t have the plates not requesting to return them. Think twice before ordering with his company

The amount of wipes you get for this price is great! This is my second purchase and I'll always check Tiger Chef first before purchasing anywhere else.

I was excited to receive the chargers from Jay Companies. At first I was impressed by the sturdiness. After one use, they're useless. Un-washable. I cleaned multiple times, first with a light damp cloth as instructed. The natural oils from foods did not come out. Basically, I have 24 chargers that I can no longer use.

Good quality Stainless Steel contruction so that it will last a long time. Received my order within the stated time period

Great product and was priced right. I use it everyday and the old one finally gave out after years of service.

We have this flatware for our beach condo rental & have found it to be sturdy, attractive & well priced. This is our 8th rental summer coming up & the flatware has held up nicely other than guests misplacing the forks. We wouldn’t reorder it if we were displeased. Order was fulfilled in a timely manner & arrived nicely packaged with no damage as well. Very satisfied customer.

Both packages were damaged, i would like replacements for them. I sent the pictures like you asked. still have not gotten any response.

Chargers are not the same gold as they appear in the picture. I've ordered these chargers before (although from a different company) and these are significantly smaller in size and VERY different in color than the ones I've ordered in the past.

Many things in the restaurant are available and shipped quickly！

I purchased a three items from Tiger Chef, A fry cutter, fruit&vegetable cutter. I am more than pleased with the item. I purchased the one with suction cup feet since I am not sure where to place it yet. I place a rectangular glass dish to catch all the items I cut with the fry cutter (which is also good for vegetables and fruits). It is cast iron and no "plastic" all metal construction. I also purchased a tortilla maker in non stick aluminum and a burger press. All items are heavy duty metal (no plastic). Prompt delivery and well packaged. The items exceeded my expectations. Would I buy again from Tiger Chef? Absolutely.
