Fantastic showroom in Hull with a huge range of bathrooms, showers, tiles, accessories and bathroom settings. Very competitive prices. All fantastic reasons to shop there but what makes this place outstanding are two reasons in particular. Firstly the staff. From the moment you walk in there you feel valued but not hassled. Patient, attentive, knowledgeable staff who unhurriedly listen to your requirements and help you build your new dream bathroom. There are so many options that making your final selections could be daunting without their guidance. Over 3 visits we spoke to 3 different staff members all of which were 5 star.
Once our order was placed delivery was ultra fast, we could have had it delivered the next working day if we liked.
Sadly one item was missing (lost bybthe courier on the day of delivery) so we asked if delivery could be postponed till it was complete.
Here were the excellent customer service kicks in. Mike in Hull at 5pm managed to get a separate overnight delivery for the lost item and rearrange delivery of the rest the day after. Its not just the achievement of resolving the issue so quickly itsbthe fact that he took full ownership and kept us updated continuously.
Missing item arrived at 9am the next day. Remaining items delivered the day after.
Sadly this time the toilet pan was missing due to the couriers breaking it in transit.
Once again Mike sprung into action and arranged a next day replacement (on a Sunday!)
It arrived today so we have unpack the entire order to check for damage.
Everything in perfect condition.
Which brings me to my second point. The quality is first class. Everything feels really substantial, heavy, solid and well made.
To say we are absolutely delighted is a massive understatement.
My advice would be not to buy online but visit Hull showroom. I guarantee you will be impressed and well looked after.

Loved the tile and we have ordered it however the sample arrived broken into 3 pieces. If we had needed it in our calculations that could have been a problem. Broken free samples are one thing broken paid for samples are different

Great selection of tiles at reasonable prices. Tiles are good quality. Honest and reliable delivery service; unlike other companies. Will definitely use in the future with other renovation projects.

The return policy is horrible. As a result, I will never buy anything from it again.

I purchased two bags of grout and one bag of adhesive at the Opington branch yesterday. It doesn't accept returns (they are new, unopened), quoting its policy that it doesn't accept powder return. The staff told me over the phone that, " this policy is on the receipt you received yesterday; it is legal to do."

What is legal to do doesn't mean it is customer-friendly. You will definitely lose business from me, and everyone I know, including online, potentially thousands of customers like me.

I also purchased floor tiles from its website yesterday. But I had to purchase different tiles from the company and return the previous order. It charges £40 for the return.

Its return policy also has many restrictions, for example, not allowing a partial order return even if they are still unopened.

So far so good tile being laid tomorrow

I ordered a sample of LVT/SPC in grey. I loved it. The service was pretty good. I recommend them to anyone.

We ordered tiles from tilemountain for our bathroom are they are beautiful tiles and very good quality at a great price! We had a box come with a minor but of damage and I spoke with customer service the lady who dealt with us karen was brilliant, sorted it our for me straight away and went above and beyond to make sure this was dealt with properly! Very very happy with the product and is always better when you get great customer service too with any problems! Will definitely use this site for future projects and recommend to friends and family.

Good communication about delivery items arrived in perfect condition although 2 tiles were different from the ones I ordered but it was quickly rectified by Karen from customer services and a box of four was delivered next day, will definitely use this company in the future

Fantastic quality tiles delivered next day

I placed an order for tiles that were listed as in-stock on the website with my required delivery date available. However, I later received a notification stating the item was actually out of stock. The stock management system definitely needs updating to prevent orders from going through when items aren't available.

That said, the customer service team was exceptional. Tanveel and Misbah were extremely helpful, resolving the issue quickly by securing an alternative tile in time for our required delivery date. A special thank you to Tanveel and Misbah for their outstanding service and help!
