I ordered tiles from Tile Mountain with a scheduled delivery date around 2 weeks from the order date as this was the first opportunity I could take the tile delivery.

On the morning of the delivery I received a text stating the order would arrive between 11:00am and 13:00pm, with a link for tracking.
When opening the tracking the location had not updated in hours which I thought was a bit odd.
It got to 14:00pm, an hour after the latest eta and I thought I'd give Tile Mountain a call to check where the order was as I had other things to do and was sat waiting around for the overdue delivery. The advisor on the phone said she would contact the courier, i was put on hold and then told by the advisor that the delivery driver had taken the route and deliveries the other way round, she then said it would be with me by 16:00pm at the latest.

16:50 came and still no delivery, I phoned Tile Mountain again to check where this was since their phone lines closed at 17:00. I was then told by another advisor that he'd contacted the courier for an update. I asked what I was meant to do and he said someone will give you a call back. I then asked him do the phonelines not close at 17:00 and he said yes, so I asked is someone definitely going to give me a call back with an update, he confirmed I would be getting a call back within 15 minutes.
Nearly 2 hours passed with no call!
At 18:45 I decided to try and contact the courier directly, they informed me that Tile Mountain had provided the wrong dimensions to the courier and as a result it didn't fit into the designated delivery vehicle and never left the depot! Slightly confused how the first advisor from Tile Mountain said it was still on it's way and was due at 16:00 when it had never even been loaded or left the depot.
The courier company then asked if i'd like them delivered on Saturday morning 10:00am - 12:00, I told them nobody would be at the property and I would need to make arrangements for someone to be available to accept the delivery on another day and I would let them know what date they can be delivered. They said to call back once known to schedule a delivery date.
Saturday morning at 09:00am I get a call from a courier saying he is outside with the tiles!! He asked if he could just leave the tiles outside the property. These were taken back to the depot by the delivery driver.

I did not receive any communication from Tile Mountain or the courier throughout this appalling experience.

I’m a disabled customer.
When I mentioned this in the order they quickly emailed back to say they couldn’t guarantee the delivery company they used would be able to get the tiles to my front door (due to delivery company’s insurance rules) then they contacted me by phone to see how they could make things work smoothly and were helpful. On the day the driver was more than happy to helpfully carry x4 boxes of tiles to my door. They followed up to make sure things had gone successfully. Customer service’s personal contact ensured a five star review

Really responsive to sample requests but decided to go with local supplier where my bathroom fitter gets a great discount. Can't fault Bathroom Mountain though .

My tiles arrived totally smashed but I’m giving five stars because Kaz was so so helpful and kind on the phone- it’s really nice to be treated like a human being BY human beings! I was struggling with the return form and she just sorted it all out and the tiles are going to be redelivered tomorrow. Zero fuss. Minor inconvenience. Such a fan of tile mountain they’ve been great to work with

We ordered our floor tiles a couple of months ago and was able to have our tiles delivered this week a week earlier than expected, Kaz customer services advisor sorted it all out with no issues, brilliant service from start to finish, definitely recommend

The tiles were delivered the next day. Expertly packaged so no damages. Quality exceptional. I have had so many compliments!

They kept my updated with the tiles that were out of stock and as soon as they came back in stock they arranged for delivery and it arrived on time

Delivery very quick and samples all intact and lovely quality.

Floor tiles were great, but I did begrudge paying for a Pallet that I had no use for, they could keep their delivery prices a little if they didn’t provide pallets that are useless to the customer.

Samples arrived as promised. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Sample tiles arrived well packed, although packaging had been damaged in transit but tiles were OK.
Felt that customer service in store was poor. Was told quite abruptly that samples weren't available in store, couldn't be ordered in store and that I would need to do it myself online. The old adage of "you never forget how people made you feel" will mean that I'm unlikely to do any repeat business, in fact I've ordered the tiles from a local supplier who has been very friendly and helpful.

Ordered the 1200 x 800 x 12mm tile backer boards for my bathroom..
Heavy duty great quality.
Would definitely recommend in fact I am order some more to cover the floor surface as well as the wallsfor extra tanking and feel of a solid floor on my timber floors..
