Good service from tile mount

Really terrible. Ordered and paid for tiles. They did not turn up. Company did not contact us. When I contacted them they said they were ‘looking into it’. When I didn’t hear back I called again and they said they would investigate it further. They then told me the order had never shipped and they would send a new one. The new one didn’t come when it was supposed to either. When I brought this to their attention they said the first order had been ‘lost in transit’ and the second one was delayed because of the delivery company. The refunded me £60 of my £467 for the ‘inconvenience’.
Obviously this went a long way towards making things right, especially with the tiler who had lost a week of work.

Tiles arrived on time. Very reasonable price and good quality. Lots of choice

Ordered two sets of tiles for a bathroom renovation, first set(469740) were curved and most tiles cracked when cut so couldn't finish bathroom with these

Second set 466265 advertised as green are actually blue

Terrible company, low quality, misrepresented products

Rabia processed redelivery for my broken tiles I received, she was very helpful andd polite

The sample I ordered arrived the next day. The sample is of good quality.

Carry small amounts of stock. Not worth engaging with.

For detail- need 75m^2. Only carry smaller jobs and not enough for bigger ones.

Amazing service, but more importantly it's a great product. We weren't sure if it would be good quality however, our floor now looks amazing.
Delivery as scheduled and we were constantly informed throughout the day about delivery time.

Tiles received were broken, and some issues with the delivery service, but back up service very good
and you always get someone on the phone if there is a problem,replaced broken tiles very quickly

Absolutely brilliant customer service. I made a mistake when ordering and had the wrong tiles delivered. The driver took them straight back and Kaz (customer service) was great when I phoned to explain. I received a refund for the incorrect order and couldn't be happier. 2nd order placed straight away (with correct details this time). Brilliant experience and value. Would recommend Tile Mountain to anyone. 😁

Product fine. Happy with price. End of good news. Because of health issues and the delivery site being without water or toilet, asked for an early delivery. Was told no chance, but you'll get a text giving you a 2 hr window. Ok. Day of delivery, a phone call. "I'm at the delivery address, there's no one here". Where was my text / call, to give me a 2 hr window? "We don't do that" the delivery driver laughed at me. Left my order in the road with no one there to pick it up and drove off. Talk about the arse not knowing what the elbow was doing. .. Absolute disgrace of a company in terms of customer service and communications. Will never use again and would warn others to expect to be lied to and paid lip service about all the effort their staff put in to contacting you about your delivery, with no success. Complete bollocks. So embarrassed, they gave me my delivery fee back. No difference, will never use again.

I’ve been dealing with a lovely lady called Karen, she’s been really helpful and answered my emails straight away. I haven’t had to wait around all day like other companies waiting for the answers to my questions. Looking forward to my tiles arriving to brighten up my garden 😊

Ordering of samples was easy and good secure delivery with no damages. I like their range of tiles and prices seem competitive. Now to decide on which ones to purchase.
