Ordered some Herringbone flooring for Tile Mountain, came within 2 days via a stress free delivery with Pallex. Yet to complete the installation so I can't yet comment on the quality, but if you don't see an edit to this. Consider it a brilliant product.

The main reason for my review was to comment on the customer service received at their Swindon store on Gypsy Lane. Everyone is so welcoming. They'll greet you and then leave you to it, unless you ask for help. I also had James serve me, he showed great care, and helped us with any question we threw at him. He's a real asset to the team and is the primary reason I'll keep going back to use them as my first choice.

Very helpful staff in-store. Kept informed via e-mail for our order(s). Deliveries on time.

Easy ordering, very fast delivery and great product. The tiles are a beautiful range of greens, exactly what we wanted for my son's new kitchen. Would recommend this company. Only niggle was the price of delivery.

Superb service. Tiles arrived the next day, and in perfect condition. I have delayed writing a review purely because the tiles hadn’t been laid until now. Maddox light grey tiles 60x60 are absolutely stunning on an outside terrace. We are absolutely thrilled with the clean, bright look they have achieved. Highly recommend Tile Mountain for a stunning choice of tiles, great value and excellent customer service!

We were having some issues with the online ordering so I called the customer service line and spoke to a lovely person called Kaz.
Thanks to her great customer service everything was sorted within a few minutes. I was particularly pleased with the booking in system, I was able to pick a day that suited me and you can even choose next day delivery free of charge if you need it.
I cannot review the materials as they aren't due for a couple of days but so far I am very happy with my experience with Tile Mountain.

I requested information and Kaz replied very quickly with everything I needed.

I visited the stoke store and was really disappointed. I had a look round the store for the precious white onyx tile that i’d seen online. Couldn’t find it. Asked at the desk for help and was abruptly responded to by a woman who said it was on the back wall. I said I’d looked there but couldn’t see it. The tiles are not displayed well. There’s layers of them on wheels that you have to pull, with tiny labels telling you what the tile is so you could spend hours in there trying to find something. A man next to her said he’d come and have a look. It was not on the back wall. The woman had magically disappeared so he couldn’t ask her again. He said he can get one from the warehouse but it will take 5 minutes. 10 minutes later he came back with a dripping wet tile (it had been raining) and it was completely different to the tile online. I wasn’t convinced it was the right tile. I left and a few weeks later ordered a half sample online for around £10. It came with tiny black holes in. I phoned customer service wondering if it was an imperfection and he thought it was, he was actually quite helpful and sent me another one next day delivery free of charge. The second tile that came, came with black marks under the glaze. I don’t know if the samples they use are ones with defects but as I have had 2 samples and a bad experience in store I’ve completely lost trust and will not be buying from tile mountain.

Placed an order for my tiling project and it arrived as per delivery date, however I had ordered the wrong type of backer boards, not unusual because nothing goes to plan in the house I live in.

I called customer services and despite some difficulties on my part a return was arranged, I want to mention Kaz from customer services who went beyond what would be expected to sort this for me, shes a real gem !

Review updated - after lodging a 1 star review about Broken Tiles, Tile Mountain reached out and actually did something positive and refunded the broken tiles without fuss and within 24 hours.
1 star knocked off due to the hassle of having broken tiles but I must admit I was impressed with their customer service - they did what customer service should - they fixed the problem.

The tiles arrived as expected! However the driver was completely incompetent and unable to operate the independent pallet/ fort lift! The tiles had to be unloaded manually!

I tried to ring customer service and no one bothered to answer the phone and similarly no one has responded to my email!

Had damages. Sent so many photos of the damages/ breakages
Was told to go it through email then a transfer website
Still won’t refund

The tiles are great the delivery was very expensive and they don’t refund on unused tiles that are in a sealed box.

Quick delivery. Great service.

Requested a sample and it arrived within couple of days, true likeness of photo in advert and fantastic price for tiles on offer. Only disappointment I had was that the tile didn’t come in a smaller size

Delivered when promised, polite courier.
On face of it, tiles look and feel good quality.
