Second review after delivery examined…
If you've read my first review which was 1 star, you'll notice I've improved my score. After many messages back and forth, Tile Mountain did finally pay me some compensation for what was a stressful delivery experience. Ordering was smooth and I received rapid responses to my message. Even better though, they have assured Mr that they are going to look into delivery practices, to try and ensure that my experience isn't repeated and people have their delivery left in the correct location.

Tiles for the new bathroom arrived in time. When I reported one broken tile (stacked in the middle of the delivery) we received a replacement tile the next day. Thank you Saba!

I ordered only 20 tiles online and…
I ordered only 20 tiles online and there is no option to collect from the store so had to pay £29.99 for delivery which was quite expensive. Delivery and communication was good.
