Cute jerseys although the material is cheap and seems can be easily torn. I also didnt received one of the item I ordered. It is about $50 and costumer service were no help, No refund, no item replaced. Ended up getting one at Amazon. You should have landline for this matter as your email can not be relied on. Thanks for stealing my $50. Never buying here again and others shouldn't too.

I ordered a Pokémon onesie and stuffed animal for my nephews birthday. It never came. Fake order number and fake customer service contact info. It’s a complete scam.

Fake company. I bought 4 pairs of Nike sneakers from them. And had to return 3 because of the size issue. I kept on thinking it was a legit nike brand but it's not! Shoes are already falling apart and it hasn't been a month. I tried returning the rest and had to pay $56 for return basically I payed double the price for the fake pair of nikes.

I ordered 2 x car safety seats. I was a bit worried after reading all the bad reviews. However, I cannot fault Tiny Jumps. Items were as described and of good quality, and arrived within a week of ordering. Emails were answered promptly. Full 10 stars for service and delivery.

I ordered my item because it said their address was in Wyoming. Come to find out they are shipping out of China. I should have dug deeper but that is blatantly lying. UPDATE; I did receive my item after a few weeks. I know some people weren't as lucky as me. However they SHIP FROM CHINA. Heads up if you need items ASAP.

Dishonest and sneaky. They said returns were simple and they made it so complicated. They are sneaky in that if you buy from them to ship to the USA they actually ship to a warehouse here but make you send the return to china which costs more or the same as the product you buy and that way they avoid the return.

This whole experience was laughable! I ordered my baby’s costume Oct 13, they created the label on the 19th, they shipped the product on the 27th and I got it Nov 1, after they told me I would have it by Halloween. Found out later this is a drop-ship company. They order the product from china after you buy it, it gets shipped to them, they put their tag on it and then use the label they made to ship it to you. I’m trying to return it for a full refund but they want me to take on all expenses to send it back and if you read the return policy, it states “cannot return on sale items” when their ‘on sale’ it’s a random mark up when it was $12 on Alibaba.

What a joke. I ordered clothing for my grandchild weeks in advance of Halloween. I also chose expedited delivery for another $19.95. Needless to say the article of clothing did not arrive in time and had not been picked up by the carrier 2 weeks after ordering. They must be located in a remote part of Wyoming. STAY AWAY

If I could give 0 stars I would , PLEASE do not buy from this company. I ordered a costume for my son for his first Halloween and I never received it . It still says it’s processing and it’s been weeks . Now I have to go spend more money to buy my baby his costume because they stole my money . They are a scam

Scam. The shipping estimates are unclear/inaccurate throughout the whole purchase. Don't expect to receive your merchandise any time soon (or at all). The customer service email does not respond to anything, even requests to cancel orders. Don't buy the random "Wyoming" address. This is low quality stuff coming out of China.

Placed the order October 1st and the item did not ship for 2 weeks! Was in contact w customer service that told me not to worry the costume would be to me by Halloween! My reply was .... I need the costume long before Halloween for parties and for pictures. I was also told that the tracking system was down and that is why they could not supply me w a tracking number, when actually they didn't have a tracking number because they HADN'T SHIPPED IT!!! I paid $90.00 for a 2 year olds costume. This type of customer service in unacceptable!

Ordered a halloween costume for my child on october 13th .
Paid priority shipping and says it is still processing the phone number listed to contact them is a phony number for medicaid !!!!unable to email them under the email they provide it comes back as a unknown address !! The reviews are fake everything is fake .this company is a absolute scam !! Buyer beware

Awful and not even sure if it is a real company. Bought a product from them in February of 2023 and it’s not April and nothing has happened. They sent it to the wrong address and when it got sent back to a post office, they said it was my issue. I waiting a month for them to contact me to let me know what’s going on but nothing. Completely unprofessional, don’t waste your time with them.

I placed an order an entire month ago and it still says "processing". I have tried getting in touch with someone via the website chat, I've submitted a form on the website to be contacted, I've sent emails to their "support" address, and I have called and left voicemails on both of the listed phone numbers on the site (which are now conveniently out of service) - there's been NO response from anyone about my order.

Its the best site for online shopping and they also offer good customer service . I have ordered alot of stuff for my baby and the quality is up to the mark. Keep it up !!

I placed my order on 10/08/22, even paid more for the “priority insured shipping”, and I still have not received ANYTHING. Customer service reps are a complete joke I’ve sent several emails over the last two weeks and all I get in return is the same vague, generic ass, run around excuse, and then after one or two replies absolutely no response from them whatsoever. This place is obviously a complete scam the contact phone number is literally a text free app.

This place is a scam. DON'T purchase from them. They'll send you a cheaper version of what you think you purchased, it will take many weeks to ship from China, and their customer service isn't responsive & won't help with order issues. BUYER BEWARE.

The company is in China. They will not issue an order confirmation yet require one day cancellation. Items take weeks to ship. No one to file a complaint with. A scam,

I'M REALLY NOT EVEN SURE THIS IS A REAL COMPANY, SO I'M NOT SURE THEY WILL CARE ABOUT THIS REVIEW. I PLACED AN ORDER AND PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING BUT RECEIVED NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL. THE CHARGE WENT THROUGH FINE... THEY HAVE NOT ANSWERED EMAIL, THE 24/7 CHAT (HA, HA), NOR ANSWERED THE PHONE OR RESPONDED TO VOICEMAIL. MAYBE THEY'LL RESPOND TO THIS AND MAKE IT RIGHT.
