Despite a slight issue on differing pricing in conversations with a sales rep and the marketing department the issue was very quickly and graciously resolved by management.
Fitters were excellent, polite, worked hard, left no mess which are all very important to us because we have a toddler running around. Products are great given we went for a more budget product, noticed a significant difference in temperature in the rooms we had new windows and door fitted.

I dealt mainly with Lilly Sutton regarding the sale of my composite front door. Sadly I didn't get the name of the fitters.

The whole experience was quick and painless. Lilly was in constant contact and the fitters were really nice and professional guys. door fitted quickly and to a high standard, with no mess left behind. a year on and we've had absolutely no issues regarding the doors performance. Looks great and really improved the look of the house.

I'd definitely use T&K again for windows or doors.

1st time we used T&K to put in our new doors and windows. They were very good, professional and did a great job. The contractors were on time and every day left everything tidy and kept us informed of progress.

T&K are one of the few companies we could find that install the LivinRoof. This gives a nice modern appearance instead of tiles. The range of roof styles on display at their ste is excellent and gives you a very clear idea of what the finished work would look like. The surveyor was brilliant in discussing and explaining the work. The fitters were really good despite the dreadful weather they had to work through. The standard of workmanship was very good and we are delighted with the end product.

A very good experience from initial sales meeting which wasn’t pushy in any way. They facilitated planning quickly and smoothly. The trades involved were all great from the cleanest foundations layer ever.. to the fabulous effort and politeness of the sub contracted builders called Issit.. they were just fab in every way and highly recommended. The guys who erected the building itself were swift and expert and the new electrician partner was really good too. All in all a great experience

Had a visit for a quote for a conservatory today. The quoted price was over DOUBLE that for another local supplier. The rep. did not appear surprised and was content to leave. No explanation was offered why the price was £28,000 higher.

Jordan was wonderful, kind , understanding. He explained everything fully, the whole process. Did not push us for a decision.

Excellent experience with T&K from design of the windows to the communication throughout we couldn’t fault the service. Not the cheapest but our home is so much warmer in this freezing weather and we’re saving on energy bills too, so well worth it! Would highly recommend

Wow so happy, Jason has great knowledge a real help, he said to design the windows so they work for us, and now we are so happy with the kitchen window and the bathroom and the rest have transformed the look of our home, I will recomend T&K to everyone.

I have recently had a replacement front door from T&K and I am so pleased that I chose them. The whole process was seamless, and I was kept informed by the whole team at each stage. Luckily we didn’t take it further than the quoting stage. All we wanted was a back door for our new garage. Man measured up then asked to come inside to talk through the options. Said a back door would be £1400. My partner said it was too expensive, so the salesman rang his manager and said they could knock it down to £800. Was told he had an hour and a half slot to stay with us to try and sell it too it. Absolutely shocking. We just thought we were getting a quick measure up and quote
