Job was carried out efficiently by a friendly team and explained the use of the clip for opening the window for cleaning. I had 7 windows fitted and all completed in one day.

I had an old conservatory replaced at my father’s house, I live 200 miles from him but T&K made everything easy for me. From survey to install was the same great service, great work from the install guys throughout removal and rebuild. They were clean, tidy, very polite and skilled at their jobs, thanks again T&K Ref: TLC

Had new front door installed, team arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus, got about the job quickly and efficiently removing the old door and frame and fitting the new door.
Cleared away all the mess & explaining how the new door functions.

New door fitted 8 months ago. Small issue with the lock. One call to T&K and it was fixed quickly and efficiently. Everything was explained by the fitter. Thank you.

The installation team were polite and focused on delivering the product correctly and on time.
They also paid attention to detail, noticing that one glass panel was not to standard so arranged for a replacement. Unfortunately during the installation they also managed to drop a large patio door glazing panel which meant the job was unable to be completed on the day.
They left the house in a tidy state after they finished for the day.
The only annoying part was the time it took to replace the temporary blanking panel in the patio door and the pane of glass with the defect.

Another good job.Team were all polite friendly and courteous from Customer Service to installers who worked professionally and tidily and and addressed every concern I had.

Whole house now completed with windows and doors. Excellent service, great fitters, on time, friendly, courteous and left my property in clean condition. This second home I have had windows replaced by thus company. No hesitation in recommending. TlC

The window and patio door are fine now, but the first guy who came out wouldn’t replace the window sill as there was a dead wasp nest in the cavity. He also wasn’t keen to replace the patio door surround sills as said it would make to much mess, and he spent an awful lot of time on his phone. Had to have someone else out to do what he wouldn’t do. Second man very nice and helpful and completed the job

Great choice for new windows, doors and gutters
Really pleased with the quality of the products and the great team sent to do the installation. We had guttering and downpipe, front and back door and windows we could draw across to clean both sides. When we could not figure out how to do this one of the fitters came back in person to show us again. We also had a problem locking the back door and they came back to help. Nothing too much trouble. We have had a lot of compliments on the appearance of our house. It made a big difference getting through the winter in comfort and peace of mind knowing we were weather proof. They also advised us to have door from kitchen to garden open outwards; this has proved to be a great benefit.

Door was sticking in the heat, your engineer installer made an excellent job of solving the problem, promptly, cleanly, and stating that should there be any problem in the future not to hesitate for service. Excellent tidy and friendly job. Thank you.

I have used this company to fit double glazing to two properties and they were brilliant both times. Wouldn’t choose anyone else now.

Replacing Conservatory roof and internal door. Excellent design and standard of work. Fitters were helpful and carried out the work on time. Building and electrical work were carried out to schedule and we are delighted with the outcome. We have used T&K on our previous home for door, sofit and guttering replacement and were very pleased so had no issues using the company again. Ref:TLC

We are so pleased we decided to have our new conservatory designed made and fitted by Tk home improvements ltd. Excellent communication from the start and the fitters did a grand job. Very respectful on the job and once all the work was completed left the area clean. Had our conservatory roof replaced and lights fitted,
The team did a brilliant job,worked so hard.However the experiance was soured by the subcontract electrican who did not do as we asked.Wired two rooms as one when we specifically asked for a double switch,said" hope you got a plasterer mate cos we aint doing it."A rude and arrogant little! REF M24
