Condescending and Racist staff
Condescending and Racist staff at TK max hounslow.
Imagine the shock when you go for an easy exchange with a day old receipt and tag to be treated as if you are a thief or fraud.
The European staff in order to prevent the transaction come up with an absurd excuse of a smell only she can sense , and that she found 2 dresses of the designer at a lower price .
Telling you to go back to the store where we bought it so they can check the camera.
The self claimed manager Nishu malik in order to support her associates inexcusable behaviour claps her hand on my face and refuses to serve me.
Telling me I can go and complain making you wonder are they encouraged to behave so by their superiors!
In a shop like TK max this kind of attitude to customers must be prevented.

My Happy Place
I shop at Tuggerah TKMaxx,it’s my happy place .I’ve never been unhappy with any of my many purchases there .The staff are friendly and helpful.People don’t realise they are actually getting very expensive designer brands left over from the season before at bargain prices.I’ve had some amazing finds ,and am going on Saturday to spend my birthday gift card.yay !

Terrible rewards…
I love tkmaxx but your rewards are shockingly poor. Why would a 60 year old want to enter a prize draw for a music festival or family bikes? I ask you please consider your full customer base or be considered ageist.

Poor quality Laura Ashley briefs
(My name is Kylee but it’s coming up under my husband’s name??)I’m a regular customer to your store, a few visits ago (April 24) I spent $314 I am always happy with all of my purchases but this time round I purchased a 5 pack of Laura Ashley ladies briefs , washed all before I wore the first pair I noticed a thread which I trimmed off not to let it run. The next two pairs have done the same , the threads on all pairs have consistently come off along the band at the top, really poor quality. I have thrown 3 pairs in the bin & was told these items are not to be returned. I am happy with the Marilyn Monroe brand 5 pack full brief & all of my other items. It was disappointing that every time I washed (in a wash bag) more threads unraveled. I will continue to shop @ your store I just wish no one else gets caught with this poor quality item.

Moim zdaniem firma zeszła na psy. W zakupionej bluzie po dwóch miesiącach odpadły napy ale reklamacji nie uznano. Odmówiono też polubownego załatwienia sprawy przez sąd konsumencki. Teraz sprawa się będzie toczyć przed sądem rejonowym. Dziwi mnie polityka firmy, dla w sumie niewielkiej kwoty psuć sobie markę. Nie polecam zakupów w tej sieci, w razie kłopotów wypną się na klienta, a reklamacja to wyboista droga. Żadnego szacunku dla klienta.

Treasure
Any shop offering a loyalty card generally gives you something for free to encourage you to shop with them. TK maxx's is beyond rubbish, all I get lately is a chance to enter competitions. Oh wait, this time I got an offer of a free click and collect too...isn't click and collect free with most stores anyway. It's not even worth getting my card scanned anymore. Tk's your rewards are as rubbish as your queues are big. That's another issue, one till open and it's usually a customer in a queue of many who has to ask for more tills to be open. This happens a lot.

Paid another per chance visit to Tkmaxx and found the perfect small gift for a colleague. I also found one last Tencel Shirt - please bring back David Lawrence and the other well earned named brands you used to have and i will be in store more often.

Executive Team are patronising and dismissive.
I ordered and paid for a handbag and next day delivery on Wednesday 24th April. It wasn’t showing as dispatched on Thursday so I telephoned TKMaxx. I needed this handbag for an event on Saturday. The Next Day shipping fee refunded and the order was showing as dispatched on Thursday evening. It was showing as out for delivery by ParcelFarce on Friday - until it wasn’t! Apparently Dean from ParcelFarce was ‘unable to locate my house’ which has been here for over 100 years!
I again telephoned TKMaxx, but I couldn’t get anything sorted out. I telephoned ParcelFarce but the woman I spoke to couldn’t understand why it hadn’t been delivered.
I telephoned TKMaxx again on Saturday but still no sign of my order - but ParcelFarce had miraculously ‘resolved the address problem’
I telephoned TKMaxx again on Monday. My order was again out for delivery - until it wasn’t AGAIN!!! AGAIN Dean from ParcelFarce was unable to locate my address - even though the address pin on the tracking was in exactly the right place. I telephoned TKMaxx - they had no idea what was going on with my delivery!
ParcelFarce then decided to return my order to sender!
I telephoned TKMaxx again on Tuesday and this time I got cut off so I emailed Ms Louise Greenlees, the president of TKMaxx to try to get this ridiculous situation resolved. My email was given to Andy from the Executive Team to deal with - Andy from the Executive Team obviously hadn’t bothered to read my email or the case notes or look into the issue, I received a patronising, dismissive email from Andy from the Executive Team!
All I wanted was the handbag I had paid for but never received to be replaced and if possible delivered by a different courier! Simple right? Nope - Patronising, dismissive Andy from the Executive Team told me the item I had ordered was still in stock and I could order and pay for a replacement for the one they didn’t deliver and he would issue me with a £10 TKMaxx voucher to pay for the next day shipping and ‘a little bit extra for me’ £3.01 extra - wow, thank you Andy from the Executive Team, I’ll try not to go mad and spend it all in one go - here’s a better idea for you to ponder - keep your £3.01 and just send me the handbag I ordered and paid for, which should have been delivered 6 days ago - you cannot honour the original contract we made, you have missed the agreed delivery date, but you can put yourself out just a little bit to resolve this!
I have made 9 telephone calls and written 4 emails with screenshots showing that the address info Parcelfarce had was correct, to try to resolve this, but to no avail and I waited at home for 2 days watching and waiting for Dean from ParcelFarce to not deliver or attempt to deliver my parcel. I even telephoned the Scunthorpe TKMaxx store on Friday to see if they had the handbag in stock so we could purchase a replacement, but unfortunately they did not have one in stock. I spoke to Molly from the Scunthorpe store, she was absolutely brilliant and deserves recognition for the great customer service she offered - maybe TKMaxx could promote Molly to train Andy from the Executive Team in customer service!
Thank you Molly from the Scunthorpe store, you were brilliant, you were friendly, professional and caring, exactly what is required in a customer service role.
Andy from the Executive Team - keep your £3.01 and just refund my money - you still have my money and you have the handbag - what would you call me if I hadn’t paid you for the handbag?
Just refund my money and I’ll never shop with TKMaxx again!

RESPONDING TO THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM: I have not received an email from you today. As things stand - you have my money, ParcelFarce have my handbag and I have nothing but a headache. This should have been an easy straightforward transaction - I pay you (which I did) - you deliver my order (which you didn’t). ParcelFarce tracking is now showing they have attempted to deliver it back to you but you have requested they hold my handbag - what the hell is going on? I paid you 8 days ago, ParcelFarce decided to return my delivery to you 3 days ago, but you seem to have refused delivery, meanwhile I am STILL waiting for a refund - you should be thoroughly ashamed of the way TKMaxx has responded and the final insult was Andy from the Executive Team offering me a £3.01 ‘little bit extra’
You have had enough time and opportunities to resolve this, you now have until lunchtime to refund my money otherwise I shall open a PayPal dispute.
Shame on you - TKMaxx!

Markenprodukte werden zu einem fairen, leistbaren Preis angeboten. Die Salesmanager sind sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Der einzige negative Punkt ist, man muss viel Zeit einplanen, weil das Angebot sehr ausgiebig ist.
