When the initial solution didn't quite go as planned, she proactively offered multiple generous options to make things right. They genuinely care about customer satisfaction and went above and beyond to ensure a fair and happy resolution. Polite, helpful, and highly professional. I would highly recommend buying from them!

So i ordered a mobile phone which was the wrong one sent..tried several times calling customer services who dont answer i left emails and used their whatsapp but recieved about three messages but my problem hasnt been resolved..theyre quick enough to take your money but as soon as you need help theres none

I purchased a hand made rug which was accidentally wrecked by my grandson after he vomited on it. It had cost me £680 from john lewis. I tried to purchase a replacement but they no longer stocked it. I was gutted as I loved that rug. I came across TLX site and there was the identical rug, I was a bit dubious about the site at first but was reassured by seeing the positive reviews. I ordered the rug on 23rd and it was delivered on 27th, I received email updates regarding the order progress and a delivery time slot. The rug is exactly the same as my damaged one, in excellent condition and amazingly it only cost £289 from TLX which is a bargain compared to JL price I paid originally. I am so happy with my rug. I purchased a Garmin vivoactive 5, expecting the battery to last 10 days, but it only managed 2. Anita was incredibly supportive, offered me a discount to make up for it, and was prepared to accept a return for a full refund. However, I chose to keep the watch because her service was outstanding. I will surely return to this company in the future. Five stars!

Purchased a reconditioned laptop , arrived quickly, very happy with it. I contacted the company about the warranty as I hadn't received any paperwork, quick response said warranty is automatic, 1 year from date of delivery.
Excellent service and company would definitely use again.

Bought a mobile handset through the 'Tesco Outlet' ebay site and the varying grade and description of them is slightly confusing meaning that I was initially dissatisfied with my purchase but was extremely satisfied with the good customer aftercare experience and the resolution provided by Anita

What an amazing company! Ordered a phone and unfortunately it was stolen by DPD. I contacted the seller and they sent me another out and had it in my hands in less than 24 hours in perfect condition. Could not recommend anymore!

I have ordered 2 televisions from this company. I had a slight issue with the 2nd one. The company were quick to respond to my messages and worked with me to find a solution that suited both of us. Highly recommended if you want quality TVs that are value for money and excellent customer service.
