I dealt with Anita who supported me with a mobile phone issue; she provided excellent customer service and provided a partial refund.

Bought a John Lewis spotlight bar light fitting. Item was delivered next day. Slight issue with missing fixings but this was dealt with straight away. Excellent communication and customer service from Anita. Would definitely use them again.

Slight hiccup at first, in that the item was not quite as described in the eBay description but, an email to customer services, which was answered by Anita soon resolved the issue. She arranged for a replacement item to be sent and the original item to be collected at the same time. Excellent customer service and resolution. Mistakes happen, it’s how you resolve them that matters to customers, 5 stars for Kazoop.

My experience with Kazoop is also WAY better than other refurbished electronics sellers.

I had a problem with my dehumidifier and when I contacted customer services both Anita and Raven were extremely helpful arranging to collect it and get it repaired. When it couldn’t be repaired they arranged for me to get my dehumidifier replaced very quickly. Thank you.
